Food was great, however there was a brunette female worker with a yellow vest who was audibly talking about customers in a rude manner. None of the workers even gave us a “my pleasure”, we did order breakfast near the last minute, but I don’t believe this warranted this kind of behavior. Probably wouldn’t go to this location again.

You are travelling and you see Chick-Fil-A and think, YES, some reliable good food and good service and good experience – and if you go to the Mechanicsville Chick-Fil-A, you are right about all of those things. Service was great. The chicken we got was tasty. Even though we went at the height of rush-hour, the staff was efficient and friendly and the indoor dining was clean. This location has a kid’s play area too.

As always, the food and service at Chick-fil-A rarely ever disappoints! The drive-through line was long, but they kept it moving and our wait time was very reasonable. Ask them for their frosted passionfruit lemonade, it is not on the menu, but the order taker clued me in to its existence, and I thought it was quite delicious!

I was traveling from Williamsburg, VA to Washington, DC with my son when we stopped at your restaurant after seeing the Chick-fil-A sign from the highway. We placed our order in the drive-thru without any issue, but when we reached the window to pick up our food, we were asked to park in a drive-thru parking spot.
That was concerning because I specifically used the drive-thru to keep the trip quick and convenient. After parking, we waited over 20 minutes for our food while watching several cars that ordered after us receive their meals and leave before us. It felt like we were forgotten about.
I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s fast, friendly service, so this experience was disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed.

I subsequently called back and left a voicemail with my contact information, but I have yet to receive a response, and it has been nearly a week. This experience suggests a consistent lack of service quality across all levels.

Stopped at this location on a holiday weekend, so it was pretty busy. The workers were all very kind, the food was fresh, and there was little to no wait time to get our food. The best chick fil a i’ve ever been to!

It’s like everytime I come to this location the workers in the drive thru have an attitude and are NOT welcoming at all. I asked a question about the mobile pick up the worker did not help me with the QR code I was told to get out of line and drive back around bc I missed the code. Which made me sit in the line for another 10 mins when he couldve helped me. ( his name is was TONY btw) I get back in line the lady has my food in her had. She takes my food back inside and makes me pull up because she didn’t want to walk from too far down and we made eye contact she knew that order was mine based off my food. I am highly disappointed in this location, and the service that they have offered me & I promise you I won’t be returning back. 0/10.

We were traveling, and at one of the exits, we saw Chick-fil-A. We went in and found they were about to close in 15 minutes. The lady who helped us was not upset that it was late. We told her we would eat in our car since they were about to close. She helped us with our orders and made sure we had everything.

Connor was an absolutely stellar employee! He came over to me and my mothers table while we were eating, simply to offer any refills or extra condiments. He is a very kind, caring employee that provides very thorough customer service. So long as my new friend Connor is working here, I will continue to eat here.

I visited today and received great customer service. They were kinda busy but the wait time was a little longer than I’ve ever experienced at Chick fil a. The food was nice and hot but I was disappointed with my sandwich as the chicken was the size of the breakfast biscuit chicken so I had a lot of bun with a small piece of chicken.
