I ordered the Chicken Spicy Bites appetizer, which does not contain seafood, and discovered shrimp in the dish. I have a shrimp allergy and later experienced gastrointestinal symptoms.
I informed the manager, who questioned whether I disclosed my allergy instead of addressing the fact that shrimp was present in a non-seafood item. The only resolution offered was removing the appetizer from the bill.
This was a serious food safety and cross-contamination issue, and it was handled poorly. Allergens should never appear in dishes that do not contain them, and concerns should be taken seriously regardless of prior disclosure.
Very disappointing experience and concerning lack of accountability. I will not be returning to this location.

The food was Luke warm. The wings appearing over cooked, were crispy and a tad dry, but good. The seasoned rice wasn’t stirred, thus some was clumpy and hard. The steak was a bit tough, more rare than med-well. The fries didn’t look salty or seasoned, but they were. They weren’t over or under cooked.

It was good. I did have a mango lemonade, it was good a little too sweet for me but drinkable. My son got the wings he said they have a lot condiments. My filet size was perfect 6 oz since I don’t eat a lot. We were celebrating my son’s birthday the ice cream was good.

I love the Parmesan crusted chicken. It is excellent! Cooks are excellent, Eli the manager is great & most of the staff that I have encountered are friendly.
Longhorn & all restaurants need to do better for their staff. Tipping should always be a thing when you have a server & good service! That being said.. if I ordered to just pick my food up… why am I having to do extra swipes to “not tip”? Tipping culture has gotten way out of control. In my opinion tips should be a reward for getting a good server that pays attention and is attentive to your needs while you are dining in. It should not be expected for the customer to make up the difference between the measly wage that they pay and what they should actually be making per hour. It should definitely not be expected when the person is not even dining in the restaurant but just grabbing a to-go order.

I was at LongHorn, Saturday, February 28th. I ordered bone in ribeye cooked medium. When I got it, there was absolutely no seasoning on it. Told the waitress and she said I could tell by looking at it that there is none. Sent it back and they brought it back with to much seasoning on it. So they cook me another steak, finally it’s right. I was not offered any kind of compensation off my bill for my trouble. I had to ask for my bill to be discount after 2 return attempts to get my steak right. The sweet potato also was not done either. I told the waitress, don’t even worry about. $10 was all she offered to take off my bill.

We found ourselves at Longhorn Steakhouse when there was a long wait at Texas Roadhouse. Comparatively, the food is good, the atmosphere is nice! Maybe a little quieter than Texas, the art is great (lots of western style paintings), but the prices are much more! My son LOVED the Mac n cheese!! Crispy crust and gooey cheesy middle! The steaks were good but twice the price of Texas Roadhouse.

Unfortunately this last visit,not so much.My waiter and the service was great,the food NO.
My wife and I ordered a bowl of the French onion soup,it was cold,the cheese was not even melted. And we both ordered the new York strip steak,both medium rare,the cook on them were good, but obviously it set out to long after cooking,the outside was cold.The only hot thing in my order was the sweet potatoe,which was delicious

Despite not being super busy on a Sunday night, it took a while, about six minutes for a server to come and greet us once we got sat at a table. Other than that, everything was good. The wings were a little small for the price though. The outlaw ribeye was pretty good. Overall decent service and good food.
