We had an incredible experience at Texas Roadhouse that truly went above and beyond anything we expected.
While we were in town for a swim meet – about three hours from home – my son accidentally left his Invisalign aligners on the table after we finished our meal. We didn’t realize it until later, and honestly thought they were gone for good. When we called the restaurant, the staff didn’t just check the table – they actually searched through the trash to try to find them.
Amazingly, they found the aligners and saved them for us, which saved us a very long trip back home and the headache of replacing them. That level of care and willingness to help says so much about the team there.
We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and effort the staff showed our family. It’s rare to see customer service like this, and it meant a lot to us. Thank you for going the extra mile and turning a stressful situation into a huge relief. We’ll definitely be back!

We came with a large party for a birthday and it was Tuesday so we thought it wouldn’t be busy but apparently everyone had a birthday this night . They did a great job getting us seated as we used the call ahead seating app and didn’t wait once we arrived. The food was delicious. Their corn off the cob is delicious. The salmon and macaroni and cheese was delectable. The steak medium rare was also cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and efficient even though we were a big party and they were super busy. Great experience.

This was the best dining experience I have ever had. Our servers name was Stephen and he did an outstanding job. I have never had such great service at a restraunt in my life! He was very attentive and had ever aspect of our dining experience covered!!! The manager was extremely friendly and attentive as well! We will 100% be returning!

I’m just leaving after speaking with the manager; in person, about our experience tonight… It was a special night; with my wife and I, celebrating one of our daughter’s birthdays because this was where she wanted to eat… That being said; our server Mel has got to be hands down, the best server we’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving at any restaurant… We go out alot; and have been around, but she was awesomesauce… Enough, for me to take the time to write this… Good Job for hiring her Texas Roadhouse of California MD and thank you so much Mel… Keep up the good work… Everyone was doing there part there; the place was clean, and despite it being so busy the Manager (Didn’t catch his name) was making rounds to be sociable to the guests and kept checking in with his staff… I give props when it’s due… This was a great experience…

We were having a great time until one of the staff walked to our table and sneezed over our food, no attempt to cover the face or apologize, just kept walking. We let our waitress know and the manager came to figure what happened, the whole time he looked at us like we’re crazy or lying. If our waitress weren’t so nice, I think I might have lost it. The situation was handled poorly and felt disappointing. How would you feel if someone came over and sneeze all over your dinner that you were trying to enjoy with your family after a long week of work? This place had a special place in our heart, I’m torn about how we’re treated tonight.

Pretty basic food – portions are large. Staff was friendly at this location. I would recommend joining the wait list before arriving – that seemed to have cut our wait time down significantly.

Food was very good, waitress was very polite and helpful. Only thing was the 45 mins wait to be seated but understandable. We were told 25-35 so that’s not much off but still we were Hungry!!

Out of all the chain steakhouses around here, this place is the best. Texas Roadhouse has a reputation and there is a reason. Their steaks always come out whatever rarity I ask for, and their bread is just not comparable to any other ones.
