Big shoutout to our server Kaydn — truly a 5-star server. Super attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal feel smooth and welcoming without being overbearing. You can tell he actually cares about giving great service. Would absolutely request him again.
Only small thing I’d love to see improved is adding more TV screens for sports — it’d take the vibe to the next level, especially on game days.

First off, we love Red Lobster, the foods great, but lately the service is a real problem and today was definitely a test of patience. We had a 130 reservation on Sunday but walked in and it was pretty empty. Waited a few minutes before a busser noticed us and sat us down. Waited another 15 minutes before our waitress came by to bring our water and at that time we decided to order right away. Wife ordered the Lobster lover dream and I got the Ultimate feast, both w/house salads and the lobster dip for starter.
By 215, we’re still waiting on the starter, the house salads and the waitress, so we decided to leave. I did catch up with the waitress to cancel the order, and stated we’ll try again another time.
This whole time , there was no hostess nor a manager present. My issue is with the price that we re paying for food, we’d expect good service. Hope it gets better, its been a hit and miss as of lately.

We had a great dinner last night! The menu is different, the food was delicious. My salmon was cooked to perfection. It was moist and the brussel sprouts were delicious. My meal was under $22. The seafood boil prices were affordable. Lots of flavor and better than most of the local boils around town. I’m glad Red lobster kept the warm atmosphere. Our waiter Aden did a nice job and took good care of us. We will be back to try more of the new dishes !

Kaydn our server was AMAZING! He went far and above our expectations of a server. We were a party of 5 on Valentines Day with some special requests and he made sure everything was perfect. He checked on us several times during our meal to ensure we were happy. He definitely has the best customer service I have ever had at a Red Lobster anywhere

My husband and I decided to come to RED LOBSTER due to them never failing us great customer service very busy but quiet. Food was extremely delicious our family was very satisfied. We extremely appreciate their service definitely recommend.
