When we first got there, a bigger girl with glasses and a claw clip(who ended up being our server) was rude to us at the host stand. She looked at us like she was upset at us for even walking in and went “….someone will be with you” with an attitude. After 15 minutes we got greeted with straws throw on our table. we ended up leaving after being given dirty plates because it just wasn’t worth it. There was a black man with a grill and a girl with a cross necklace who were really great though.

We went around lunch time to celebrate my Birthday. We were seated promptly. Our server was great and very patient. We ordered the chopped steak. It was our first time trying this dish and it was superb The cooks prepared it correctly. I will definitely mark this signatute dish as a winner!! I will order it again on a future dining experience.

Went there for a friend’s birthday. it was louder than I thought it would be. My steak was seasoned very well next time I’ll ask him for no salt because the older I get the more so I can taste so I don’t want any salt on my food from now on lol. The brussel sprouts were salty also. I love my big sweet potato It had brown sugar and a little bit of butter on it and I got the t-bone steak if that was good also I didn’t need any steak sauce.

First and last time here. Met my family here for lunch, that was a mistake. It took 46 mins for a grill chicken strawberry salad to come out. It was lunch time, only 7 tables occupied. That’s ridiculous. And the waitress did a poor job. I was warned not come to this location but it was the closest to me so I tried it. Never again. I hope other locations are better.

Disappointing Experience & Unprofessional Management

On January 15, I placed an online order at this LongHorn Steakhouse location, which included two kids’ meals and additional sides. When I arrived home and had time to properly inspect the order, I noticed that both kids’ drinks contained visible remnants/residue inside the cups. Additionally, the food was cold and did not appear freshly prepared.

I immediately contacted the restaurant. After calling twice due to the late hour, I was connected with a woman who confirmed she was a manager. I explained the situation, and she issued a gift card to be sent to my email, advising that it would arrive within 7–10 business days.

I never received the gift card.

On February 10, while placing another order, I realized I had not received any follow-up. I contacted the location again and spoke with a manager named Charles. During the call, I explained that I had previously spoken with a female manager. Rather than investigating the matter, he questioned whether I had called the correct location and stated that this restaurant has not had female managers in years. This was stated in a dismissive tone that felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

After confirming the correct location, I had to repeat my issue multiple times, as he repeatedly asked what the problem was. When I explained that the drinks had residue in them, he responded by asking “what does that mean?” in a manner that felt more condescending than inquisitive.
He then requested a physical receipt from January 15. I explained that the order was placed online and I had the digital receipt and the card used for payment. I was told that this information was insufficient.

Since I was already outside, I offered to come in and provide whatever documentation was needed. Before I could finish my sentence, he stated, “Well come inside then, I don’t care.”

When I entered the restaurant, he was standing at the bar leaning over and flirting with a guest and appeared surprised when approached, asking how he could help me as if we had not just spoken on the phone. I presented my receipt. No apology was offered, no clarification was provided, and no attempt was made to resolve the previously promised gift card. I left having spent $40 on an order that was never properly addressed.

The lack of follow-through and the dismissive customer service were disappointing. I would encourage management to revisit customer service standards and accountability at this location.

My husband and I went to LongHorn for dinner. The waitress was great! Food was served in a timely matter. They serve a shrimp appetizer with ranch dressing…no tartar sauce available. The steaks was good as expected. The macaroni should be taken off the menu…it was dry and room temperature…the seasoned pilaf rice was dry, no butter…I asked for butter..the waitress brought me some garlic butter that taste like pure salt, I asked for a baked potato that wasn’t even hot…the Arnold-Palmer tasted like lemon water. My husband had a baked sweet potato that was good…just like they have perfected the steak and salad…they need to focus on their sides. The bread that was brought should have been hot…it wasn’t. This location is always busy, so I believe if you go enough times…you can determine what entrees are good. The salads looked great! I have also had their chicken wings and they were good. Managers/Chefs need to check food before sending it out to customers.
