I have been ordering pizza from this location for 3 years now. I have experienced a lot of good pizza and MOSTLY undercooked pizza here. It seems that getting pizza that is not undercooked here is unfortunately dependent on the mood of the employees there because 7 out of 10 times I receive undercooked pizza and cheese sticks as well as undercooked garlic knots. I shouldn’t have to say this in a review but please… if someone puts that they want their pizza cooked well done (like I do every time)… ACTUALLY DO IT. I’m sick and tired of having to call and ask for a re-delivery and wait LONGER to eat a pizza that should have been cooked to a safe to eat temperature the FIRST TIME I ordered it that day. I have ordered directly through the website majority of the time and when Doordash picks up my order, I genuinely feel sorry for these Dashers when they have to wait 30 minutes- 2 hours for ONE order as well as locals having to do the same. Please step your game up Springhurst Papa John’s, I genuinely do not want to go to a location 25+ minutes out of my way when ya’ll are 10 minutes away.

Terrible experience. If I wanted burnt pizza, I would ask my wife to make it! I would not order from Papa Johns period. I ordered a 25 dollar pizza and this is what i got. Burnt crust, no extra cheese as paid for. I called the manager and they were supposed to refund my order. Manager was rude and sounded like a kid. 10 days later no refund. Stay far away from this store. You can get a better pizza from Sams Club at a third of the price.

Very pleased with my recent purchase. The food was hot and fresh. I made a mistake when placing my order (I selected the wrong type of crust). Even though it was my error, they replaced the pizza free of charge. They even let me keep the original pizza. That level of service is rare nowadays. We’ll definitely be back. Also, I got a large 1 topping, a medium cheese, a papadia, chicken bites and garlic sticks for under $35. Can’t beat the value.

Papa John’s has really gone downhill. This particular location is about as bad as it gets. This is the 3rd straight time we’ve gotten carryout from here and had an issue with what we received every time. I’ve finally learned my lesson. This is my LAST visit. This time we got home to find that they left the CHEESE off of our pizza and forgot the garlic Parmesan sauce on our garlic Parmesan breadsticks. Not to mention on the one pizza that actually was correct, the garlic sauce was open inside the box and spilled all over the pizza making it extremely soggy to the point it was not edible. This pizza is expensive and not one item was worth eating. Getting through to talk to someone with any sense at all……good luck. Worst. Ever.

Ordered from here, didn’t get the correct order, called and they redelivered the order but again gave me the wrong order. Called again and was told they can’t do a refund but can give me a credit to use on a future order, but was never told it expired after 30 days. So that expired and I never was able to get the food I actually order. This place is a scam

First off I hate the new call center they had now for all the stores the girl repeated my order back to me about 5-6 not to say I was on the phone talking to her for about 15 mins just to place a order!! Then my wife got a chicken Alfredo and when she got it no noddles and she asked for extra sauce that wasn’t even on the ticket LAST TIME PAPA JOHNS WILL EVEN GET MY MONEY!!! … THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL SINCE JOHN SYNDER SOLD IT!!!
