My Wife, Robin, and I eat here often. The restaurant is always clean; the food is always prompt, hot, and delicious. The Staff and servers are always friendly. We’ve had Mike as a server before; he is always outstanding. Again today, we’re able to be seated for Mike. He is very outgoing, naturally friendly, with dedicated customer service. Mike is truly an asset and should be recognized & valued for his work ethic.

The food was amazing. It was hot and fresh. When did not get bread until we received our dinner. Our waitress was very busy. It was lunch time on Valentines. Over all it was great!

I grew up with many in an Italian family. Also have had much of home cooked Italian. The truth is Olive Garden does things right. It would be nice to have better bread stick or better bread. But most entrees are excellent! Please bring back Chicken Masalla !

Food was good, service could use a lot of improvement. Was never asked if we wanted more soup or breadsticks (what Olive Garden is known for) and my water was empty the entire 40 minutes after I finished the first one. Had to wait 25 minutes to get the check and boxes and finally had to wave our server down and ask for them while he was at the tables next to us multiple times. It wasn’t busy.

Is this a rock your world authentic Italian experience? Absolutely not, but it does capture the old Italian family restaurant style well. The food is good enough and the portions are healthy enough that it warrants four stars. Our server during this trip was outstanding.

We ordered take out, and accidentally got someone else’s order. I called and they handled it better than I could have imagined and promptly got us our food remade and even brought to us so we didn’t have to go back. OG is one of our favorites and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Food was delicious as always!

Slow service due to lack of waitstaff personnel.
Good food but… soup was in a small shallow bowl and the fettuccine pasta was barely warm & clumpy with not enough Alfredo sauce. Lasagna was good though chicken parmigiana was better.
Pasta prices starts ~$20 so somewhat pricey.
The takeaway $6 pasta entree of the fettuccine Alfredo was small, not worth it as you could make it yourself at home.
You can buy a side of (3) meatballs with sauce and have it with pasta at home.

Who doesn’t love Olive Garden? All the bread sticks and soup or salad you can eat. I had the lunch size shrimp scampi, which was just the right size. Wonderful, friendly service and great food at a reasonable price. Love it!

I’ve never said this before but it sucked! I love Olive Garden and I look forward to going there when I’m in the area. But I ordered Stuff shells with marinara and cream over the top and I got some totally gross crap. It was extremely disappointing. But that was the only time. I usually love everything about it. So that was just an off day

While the food is decent (not screwed up) we waited before getting sat, and between courses a ridiculous amount of time. It took about 3hours to eat dinner. Pasta shouldn’t take that long? And splitting the check through their system was an additional pain that wasn’t necessary. Skipped dessert as we couldn’t sit there anymore!
