Went on a crowded Saturday night; service was terrible!!! Waited over thirty mins for three salads, two baked potatoes, kids meal & medium well steak. Waiter did not communicate about why the food was taking so long. They weren’t friendly at all and barely came to the table. The Wild West shrimp was overly salty, which the manager replaced with Spinach dip, but seemed to be bothered by it. Would not go back again!!

The interior was nice, bathrooms were clean and the food was good. We had a large group of 13 and by calling ahead they were able to accommodate us. They even were ok with adding another table to make things more comfortable for us. Our server did great with getting us all served and made sure to check for refills on drinks. Once orders were given the food came out in a reasonable time. My only concern was when it came to paying the bill. We were a group of a couple of families and wanted to pay separately. My experience when it comes to large groups, the server will usually ask who will be on separate bills so they can keep them all together. This wasn’t done so at the end we were trying to separate the bill. When we did so, they couldn’t work with that. We tried to give her totals to be charged on each card but they couldn’t do that. We spent about 30 mins or more trying bro pay our bill. A pleasant evening turned into frustration. I’d still recommend but not for large groups.

Salad was frozen, onions were completely translucent from being frozen. The steak seen under weight, was tough and full of silver and gristle. When I spoke with manager, she was more interested with how strict the staff was with the meat. I have had better steaks from acme as the manager special. Certainly not impressed or happy.

Great job by our server Andrew! Super attentive, very nice and competent.
We (2) arrived at 5:45 for dinner on a Friday night, no wait at all. We both had the Outlaw Ribeye dinner and it was cooked exactly as we requested. Dessert was the chocolate volcano and it definitely did not disappoint.

I enjoy stopping at this LongHorn for lunch when I’m working in the area. My main gripe is the time it takes—if you’re planning to come here for lunch, expect to spend at least an hour and a half. When I sit at the bar, the bartender is also responsible for a fairly large dining section, which really slows things down. I’ve had times when it took 20 minutes just to get a salad, even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Add another 20 minutes just to receive and pay the check.
That said, shoutout to Nicole! Even though I only stop in occasionally, she remembers my order and makes sure I’m taken care of quickly. When she’s working, I’m usually in and out in under an hour without feeling rushed or neglected. LongHorn should keep in mind that lunch guests are often on a limited schedule—this isn’t a leisurely dinner.
Now, aside from that issue, they do have great lunch specials. I love the Seven Pepper Steak Salad—it’s delicious, comes with a warm bread roll and iced tea, and all for under $17. I always leave full. I also appreciate that they let me customize the salad the way I like it.
My only feedback for the kitchen: I always order my steak medium rare, but it’s rarely cooked that way. I don’t like to waste food, so I usually don’t send it back—but consistency matters. You’ll see in my photos that some salads come out looking picture-perfect, while others are just okay. Every plate should meet the same standard before it leaves the kitchen.

This was my favorite spot…I visited LongHorn Steakhouse and the experience started off well. However, once it came time for my entrée, there was a long delay. When my salmon finally arrived, it was burnt and tasted like it had been covered up, so I sent it back.
After waiting about 20 more minutes for my fresh salmom, i asked for a manager. When he finally came over, he said he would look into it. He returned with my food but i was now ready to go and asked for a togo container. I never saw the manager again, and he never followed up to see if everything was okay. Overall, I was very disappointed with how my visit was handled…. my server was great. It felt like new management.

I was told 40 minutes of wait time and I waited. Many groups sizes came to dine after me and my son and were all seated before us. I asked the hostess several times about our spot and she kept saying 4 tables ahead of you. When I asked to speak to a manager he wanted to explain the system but failed to address the individuals being seated before me. Then he proceeded to say you are next, I stated no thank you and left. First time bad service there, no desire to return!!!
