Food was fantastic as always never complain when I come to long horn. Service on the other hand our waitress was rude. I come to this location once a year on our way home from vacation and I’m not sure if we ALWAYS catch her on a bad day but she’s 5 for 5 over 5 years of being rude. 2 stars on service and that’s generous. Atmosphere was good like always and once again our food was great. Just can not get past the service. Maybe I’ll try the longhorn 14 miles away next time.

Great filet mignon, 9oz and loaded baked potato and mushrooms. Service was slow given it was empty for a Friday. Staff was too busy yapping in the bathroom and service area and not paying attention to guests in the bar area.

Was there over the weekend. They had no soda available only limited juice. Stated staff member ran out to buy 2 liters of soda. Ordered cheese fries as an appetizer not realizing they no longer had those. Server said nothing, she brought out a tiny plate of fries with maybe 8 shreds of cheese on it .. enough to cover 3 fries. After we ordered our food it look about 40 mins to come out. She brought my son the wrong food and then argued stating that is what he ordered. My daughter ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, it came out raw. The sweet potatoes was hard as a rock and the steak tasted like chemicals.
