My wife and I went here for Valentine’s Day. We were promptly seated and waited on. All the staff were very nice and made sure we enjoyed our evening. The food was pretty good. We had every soup they offered and they were delicious. The side salad was fresh with mixed greens and prepared not bagged. For an appetizer we got the Calamari. The calamari it self was good and they cooked it right however the breading on the calamari had no taste or flavor whatsoever so that was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered for our main course the Snow Crab Legs (looked fresh and tasted amazing), Lobster Tail(big nice lobster tail , melt in your mouth) and the New York Steak(good steak, nothing special, but nothing bad about it either). The portion size for everything we felt was spot on. They didn’t give way too much but they also didn’t slip on the food either. You definitely got the right value for the right amount of food. We also go their cheesecake for dessert (this was so good) they made it in a heart shape dish so it was a good representation of Valentine’s Day to finish off the great meal. 10/10 We would go there again. 10/10 Recommended

I really wanted to love this place because the Christmas popup is cute and the arcade is a great bonus for kids. I hadn’t been here in a long time due to past experiences with the food, but figured I’d give it another try mainly for the holiday vibe.
We ordered the trio dip appetizer, which came with barely any pretzels. We asked for more and never received them — the item was taken off the bill, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the pasta we ordered had almost no flavor, and my son’s kids meal didn’t come with fries until we asked (even though it’s supposed to). Service was friendly, but the food and drinks feel very overpriced for the quality.
A few weeks later, my friend wanted to go back for the popup again. I was hesitant, but went. I kept it simple: a dirty martini, the trio dip again, and a kids chicken meal — and my bill was over $45 . My friend ordered a burger that never arrived until the server realized the mistake and took it off her bill… she said it was just “okay” anyway.
Overall, the holiday decor and arcade are fun, and the staff is nice, but the food and drinks just don’t match the price. Disappointing, especially for a place so close to home.

We had such a wonderful experience at Terry’s Terrace! From the moment we sat down, everything was top-notch. Our waitress, Abi, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire meal.
The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was that the manager even came over to check on us, which shows how much they value their customers and take pride in their service.

This is a tough one for me. We got the lobster bisque. Absolutely delicious however it was cold. We waited an extremely long time for our food. The prime rib and crabby chicken were pneumonial. My husband got the surf and turf burger, ordered medium. The burger was well done and dry as heck that my husband had a hard time swallowing. We waited a while until the waitress showed back up. He asked for it to be remade. We waited another half hour for them to remake it. The rest of us were already done eating so he asked for it to be boxed up. On our bill there was two of his meals with a donation/recovery discount which took off one of them. I’m floored that they didn’t compensate at all or management didn’t come speak to us. I don’t like how that business is ran from a customer service stand point. That’s just terrible. It is a shame that we won’t be back because of that because everything tasted great. Treat your customers better. It was our first time there and will be our last.

We love Terry’sTerrace for the food, atmosphere and friendly staff, Love the Christmas decor but this time went for the Lobster Lovers . our waitress was great. Bree was so friendly and helpful with the menu. Especially when I found out they did not have 2 of the entrees we wanted. The website said they had lobster cakes and they did not, and the menu had lobster risotto and was told “they didn’t make it today”. But our third choice was still good.
However, they really need to repair and repave the parking lot as it is terrible shape.

It was my husband and I 1st eating here and the service was Amazing (Bree) and the food was also extremely delicious to the point we asked to meet the Chief John to compliment him. Coco is amazing! If you’re going to eat here go on a Wednesday or Friday. Sit in Coco’s section. She makes the best menu suggestions and has great conversation with her customers. The food – omg. So delicious. Great atmosphere! Worth the drive from Toledo to have a great seafood meal! We actually LOVED everything ordered.

First we had a 6:45pm reservation, did not get sat until 15 mins after. Our waitress came to ask if we wanted drinks, we were still deciding so asked for waters. 20 mins later still no waters. Finally another waitress noticed we had nothing and got us some waters. Rest of the service was fine. I had the pasta and it had ALOT of pepper. Almost like they should have just called it pepper pasta.
Honestly would probably not be back. Maybe it’s better not during Christmas time though.

I went to Terry’s Terrace for the first time for their holiday pop-up. Their holiday menu was pretty good and the portion sizes are very filling with a good flavor profile. The overall experience was good. They were a little overwhelmed but it is expected because of their holiday menu. I highly recommend getting a reservation for their pop-ups or you will be waiting a while.
