My girlfriend and I recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse, and overall, our experience was a mix of excellent service and disappointing facility conditions. Our server, Timothy J, was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. He made sure everything was just right, and our food arrived with perfect timing. His level of service truly elevated our dining experience.

The food itself was just as enjoyable as the service. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered, fresh, and flavorful. It’s clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in their work, and combined with Timothy’s excellent service, it made for what could have been a perfect evening.

Unfortunately, the state of the restrooms left a very negative impression. The men’s bathroom was in terrible condition—broken toilets and urinals, no hand soap or paper towels, and trash scattered everywhere. My girlfriend also mentioned that the women’s bathroom was similarly disorganized and unclean. For a restaurant with such great food and service, it’s disappointing to see such poor maintenance in an area that reflects overall cleanliness and care. Hopefully, management will address this issue soon because the staff and kitchen deserve better surroundings.

The decoration of that place makes me remember a lot of one side of my family (natives), I really do appreciate a restaurant when they meet your expectations or even go above that. Longhorn team are incredibly prepared and ready to take care of their clients. THE WINGS are phenomenal, I don’t know what sauce they use, but in name of Jesus… !
Also, I’d like to comment about the last time I was there (Saturday), there was a gentlemen playing the role of Host, but he looked like he was a manager or something like that. What an education, simplicity, and joy coming from him, I felt that we were more than welcomed to that place. He even came to our table to ask how the service was and I appreciate you for doing that sir, and thanks to the team for the incredible food and amazing experience as always.

Sadly this place has gone downhill. My family and I have been coming to this location for years. The last few times, the service has been mediocre. Im very fair, and understand sometimes it gets busy. However, our experience tonight was the icing. We were seated as soon as we arrived. After being sat, we noticed 4 waiters arguing amongst themselves about who would take care of our table. At this point we had been seated for a few minutes. They kept walking around just looking at our table. No one took the time to come and acknowledge we were there. I made eye contact with one of the waitresses numerous times, but NOPE!!! More discussion on who would serve us. After almost 10min we just got up and left. All that discussion led to NO ONE coming to greet us. Understand people are paying money at your establishment. DO BETTER!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Everything was going fine until the moment we asked the waitress if it would be possible to separate the bill. Instead of trying to help or explaining politely that they couldn’t do it, the waitress became rude and dismissive.

What made the situation truly shocking was that the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily and actually called the police over such a simple request. We were calm and simply asking about the bill, yet the situation was handled in a very unprofessional way.

Calling the police on customers over a billing question is completely unreasonable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. A restaurant should focus on customer service and de-escalation, not intimidation.

Horrible experience.
Table of 15 people including kids, five families at the table.
We asked for five separate bills, one per family, the manager refused and said if we don’t pay one bill for the entire table, she’ll call the police.
We explained that it would be quite difficult for a large group like ours to figure out who ordered what.

The police came and after we explained the fact that we are not refusing to pay but simply asking to divide the bill between 5 families, the police couldn’t believe that they were called for that matter.
The managers name is Amelia Pena, this person should not be working in hospitality business and should be criminally charged for making a false statement to the police…simply disgusting!

We had a very disappointing experience. Our group included several families dining together, and when it came time to pay, we politely asked if the bill could be split. They refused and insisted on one bill. Instead of trying to help or offer any solution, the staff refused outright and were extremely unaccommodating. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the restaurant actually called the police simply because our group asked to split the bill and refused to accept one bill for the table of 25 people including kids.

For a place that serves large groups, this kind of response is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. What should have been a pleasant evening with family turned into a stressful and embarrassing situation. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. We will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone planning to dine in a group.

I went to LongHorn Steakhouse the other night. My waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu I had several questions I had asked her. I ordered a ribeye steak Pittsburgh style that came out great. I also ordered the strawberry pecan salad, which was very nice and fresh. The dressing was a little sweet for me but it had nice flavor.
