We had a fantastic experience at the Campbell Lane Chick-fil-A in Bowling Green! Ordering through the app was incredibly easy and convenient—no lines, no waiting. We simply selected our table number, and our food was delivered right to us with a smile. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and everything was fresh and delicious. We are long time lovers of Chik Fil A who enjoy it in our hometown and it is a must to stop there when we travel.
We just had one of our best CFA service experiences in YEARS! Top to bottom , every detail was 5 star ⭐️
First and foremost, Wanda needs to be a corporate trainer. She is professional, personal, efficient, and like a machine she perfectly explained every detail that we needed to consider.
Our order came out and it was 100% accurate and incredible. The tea was brewed with the perfect concentration. Our drink order included a Sunjoy, sweet tea, and a half cut tea. All were delicious. The fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. All of our sauces were in the bag. There was not a single error in our order.
The star of the show for us was the current special the Pretzel Cheddar Club. My husband and I ordered ours spicy and oooohhh weeee! They were incredible. To top it off, the sandwich looked just like the ad! Isn’t it beautiful?
Grab one while they have them.
I’m sure the grilled and original are great if spicy isn’t your thing.
If you are passing through Bowling Green, you definitely should stop here. If you live in BG, I hope you already know how awesome this location is.

It’s Chick-fil-A!! A huge dinning room with all kinds of available seating when I arrived. The service was super friendly and food came our fast and was delicious. Everything was well stocked and bathrooms were clean. Would recommend if you’re looking for a chicken sandwich in the area. Parking was decent even while the truck was loading supplies into the store.

First chick-fil-a to get my order wrong. I asked for grilled chicken and they gave me fried chicken nuggets. Disappointed. I should checked my bag before leaving. ♀️ Also, I don’t know if my boyfriend chicken wasn’t temperature controlled correctly because right after he finished eating his food, he had an upset stomach & went to straight to bathroom and did you know what.

Today, I had the new Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich, and folks, it was a spiritual experience. The smoky BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, and that perfectly cooked Chick-fil-A chicken? Absolute perfection. I would write poetry about it if I had the talent.
Of course, I paired it with those glorious waffle fries (dunked in Chick-fil-A sauce like a civilized human) and washed it all down with a Diet Coke—not just any Diet Coke, but possibly the best Diet Coke in existence. I don’t know what kind of magic Chick-fil-A is working with, but their Diet Coke even surpasses McDonald’s. Yeah, I said it. No regrets.

This is a nice restaurant and the workers are very kind. My spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. My fries were inedible with the amount of salt. The entire order was caked in salt. I love salty fries. I almost always add salt. These were the saltiest fries from any restaurant I’ve ever been to.
