Was Very Very Disappointed With Food Service. It Toook Forever after we got our appetizer to get our Main Meal about and 1 1/2 hr to get our Food. It wasnt the Waiter Fault. They were slow in the Kitchen or forgot. My Son burger n fries was semi warmed. I Asked to See the Manager which was A Man and It Was Not Alarming to him. How About That.. Smhhh..So while speaking with him the meal came out. He Says there it is.. Not taking to Acount How long we waited. I was appalled.. I just ask for to go plates cause that was absolutely too long to wait for my food.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It’s veteran’s day. It took 20 minutes before a severe came over to take our order. When we asked about the menu honoring vets the menu is skimpy. For men & women to gives there life. Vets get treated crappy. The food was okay. Won’t be here for a while.

Chile the service there is BETTER THAN EVER!!! I hate I can’t remember our waitress’s name but stayed tuned for the “update”. I’m going back just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. No I’m not I’m going back for the baby drinks AND FOOD!!
A-1. To the point where she was taking our orders online and the chips/salsa was out to our table before I finished my conversation & NO I don’t talk THAT MUCH!!! It happened again, with our food!! Oh lawd the new triple dipper items one jeez the new pick 2️⃣ & pick 3. I got a pick 3 to go for my mom! & she JUST finished errthang a cpl days ago. I love you “Cheers” I mean Chilis!! I’m gonna take a picture of the young lady for our update. See y’all back here next Tuesday I think

The server was so slow and unattended to the tables.
The lady from the kitchen was more attentive to us
Coming to are tables to see if everything was okay which was nice.

This was the first time I went to Chilis, and I will definitely be back. Our server Virgil went above and beyond. My bf and I had a long day and coming to Chilis honestly was the highlight of our day. They are lucky to have Virgil. He is very respectful and good at his job! The food was on point and our drinks were soooo good. I had the spicy margarita and he had the Long Island. Very impressed with the service as soon as we walked in to the door.

Lord please close this Chili’s down and give the neighborhood somewhere NEW to dine Our server was so nice & sweet. But the lady in the kitchen running the food needs to go. The serving sizes need to look as pictured! We didn’t get a pic of what was served because the server said he would be bringing out additional food to match what the plate is supposed to look like, and to go ahead and eat. Then, the lady in the kitchen (who thinks she’s a manager – later confirmed she is NOT) came out with an attitude saying she was not going to fix the food completely. After waiting forever, all the rest of the food never came and we were told the “extra food” (really just the food we were supposed to have originally) would be taken off the bill. Weird but at this point, it is what it is. When paying we decided to ask the server more about the issue. Come to find out there’s a manager (Matthew) who never came out, so we asked to speak to him. He came out so nice and willing to listen. Matthew was so confused as he said he authorized the food to come out and he thought we received it. He said he would comp that bill and went on about customer service and the culture at this Chili’s needing to change. PROBLEM SOLVED and everyone was happy. (Gonna add in the fact that crazy kitchen lady was staring us down the entire time we were talking to Matthew.) Welp, he LIED and got bullied into backtracking everything by the fake manager lady from the kitchen. This Chili’s needs a manager with a backbone – Matthew, do better and don’t lie to your customers, and stop getting bullied by that lady.

I ordered take out today and they messed up my whole order plus the wings aren’t fully cooked on the inside and my fries were super cold after I was at the curbside parking spot on the time they told me to be there. I’m highly upset that I wasted over $30 for this mess and even tipped online when I would’ve been better off buying some TGI wings and putting them in the oven. I see why I haven’t been here in years. How you have the right order on the to go box but the wrong order inside, only in the hood. Y’all lied on the reviews and really hyped me up just to waste my hard earned money. I promise I’ll never be back after today 08/15/2024.

Overall great food, but the service by Tezlyn lacked. Spent my 30min lunch here unfortunately the entire time I was there they never came to refill my drink and the one time I asked they forgot. I only had water nothing special. Luckily I had a water bottle in my truck.
