We were so excited to learn this restaurant was back open. It’s adorable and the food was great.
The waitress was nice, but sadly she was the only one for the entire dining room so service was a little slow. Not bad, she just couldn’t be as attentive as she had the whole dining room without help.
I will definitely go back. Can’t wait to try out the dinner menu.

Traveling from Paducah to Kansas City MO and wanted a sit down breakfast. Luckily we found Longhorn Cafe a couple miles off highway 57. So glad we chose this cafe rather than a familiar place to eat. Low prices and excellent food. Lovely people working there too. Husband had eggs, bacon, hash browns plus biscuits and gravy for less than $7.00.

This is probably one of the best places to eat that I have found in a long time. Staff is extremely friendly, and the food is phenomenal. Today, 7-9-25, the meal of the day was the taco salad, and I tell you what, it was probably the best taco salad I have ever had. Now, this is no Mexican Restautant, but it was better than any taco salad I have ever had in all the Mexican Restaurants I have ever been to. And the best part was the fact that it was only $8.99+ tax so, A+++++++ Longhorn Cafe.

If you haven’t been here.. you’re missing out! We stopped here when another local diner was closed. We walked in to a super clean friendly and family owned cafe. The staff here is awesome. Fast ..friendly and the home cooked food is fresh and absolutely delicious! It’s just what we were looking for ..really good coffee all at great price! There’s even a nice outside deck area if the weather’s nice! Don’t miss it! Daily specials and a great variety! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
