We ordered lunch boxes for our entire crew at Paramount Lawn and Landscape, and the experience was outstanding! I placed the order the day before, and everything was ready exactly on time for pickup. Every single box was perfectly prepared with zero mistakes — they even included a soda carrier for all the 20oz drinks. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. Tasty sandwiches, clean bright store with friendly staff. They have catering, wraps, cold subs, hot subs, kids meals. Their cookies are also very good. I usually buy a cookie and take it home to heat it up, so delicious. Also on March 25th 2020 they will be donating 100% of their sales to fund cancer research. That’s amazing!

I ordered delivery via the JM app, they use doordash(I don’t usually use but my daughter was in the ER last night so I thought we’d treat ourselves while she recovers). Door dash didn’t deliver my food and the manager went out of his way to remake and deliver it himself(he had no idea about the ER situation and why we wanted delivery)! ANDDDD gave us some free desserts. The sandwiches are always good here but the above and beyond is amazing. I’ll always give my money to a place that goes above and beyond! Thank you!

I don’t think it’s hard to make a fast food quality sandwich.
I didn’t come here looking for any special I honestly was looking for a Subway because I just needed something to eat during lunch.
I decided to stop and try Jersey Mike’s for the first time and it will be my last time. Not just at this location but every location.
I’ve had better sandwiches in the Marine corps.
Opening the sandwich up I thought they had mistakenly give me an aborted baby fetus, it was a mess! (Pictures will be included.
The bread was this soft, cold sand paper material that just was trying to prepare me for what was next, the chicken
The chicken was dry and tasted what I would assume a chew toy would taste like.
And it’s almost like they poured sauce on, I had to use paper towels to handle it.
I took 1 bite and immediately came to the above conclusion.
I took another bite because I was hungry and maybe just got a bad piece, no this was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in recent memory.
In a time where money is tight and proper nutrition is key, this ruined my Wednesday. I will share this with everyone to try and save them from wasting $9 on a sandwich that should of been used as a door stop.
ALSO, the bathroom had no paper towels!
Do not eat here, come literally anywhere else.

The staff at the front desk refused to give me my DoorDash order even when showing confirmation and that they already charged me. Lady stated rudely that they didn’t have it and that I was mistaken even when shown a DoorDash confirmation with the correct address. She asked me to leave without a refund of my money or my food. Very rude and out of character.

This place was so unprofessional. One of the workers keeps repeatedly Messing up my sandwich. Its the same worker over and over again he’s a tall skinny guy with curly hair and he looks about 16. One day he even got really pissed at me and starting yelling at me. Here’s a picture of him. Please address this issue.

Jersey Mike’s is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike’s way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.
