Were here from out of the area. Looking for a decent meal that wasn’t fancy or bar food. Had the crab cake, very tasty. Lobster bisque and chicken soup were really good. The Mac and cheese and stewed tomatoes were better than the ones at my favorite local diner. Good portions, and really great prices. Staff were very nice and attentive. I would def stop here again when in the area.

We was seated quickly. Got our drinks fast. Our food was out in a timely manner for as busy as it was. The food was hot and cooked to our expectations. We enjoyed our visit. The bill was much less then expected too!

Whenever we are near Schuylkill Haven we always make it a point to stop at the Long Run Diner. Very good diner food. Tasty and reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong stopping for any meal here.

My in-laws eat here a couple of times a month. I decided to go. While there is not a GF menu or dedicated meal. There are options for those with Celiac’s. I got the blackened chicken and sweet potato fries. Since I can’t have grains, dairy, and nightshades. It makes it much tougher. But I can always manage to make something work. Great job long run on helping with the choices and cooking things a special way. Food is really good and I have not heard any complaints the last few times we have gone.

Food quality is definitely on the poor side. Service was probably one of the better things. (but un trained younger staff) They were all nice but won’t stop in again for sure. Hate to say would have rather fast food.

The food was ok. It’s not nasty, but it needs to be a touch better. My burger was bland af. Service and waitstaff were phenomenal. Very kind and inviting. Wonderful atmosphere. I’d try again

The food was not good, my bacon was salty, and my steak was tough. And the onion soup was salty. To top it off, flies was every where had to cover my food in the process of eating, and the oj was sour. Dont recommend.

I had the fried oysters and they were excellent. If you leave there hungry, it is your own fault. Plenty of food at a fair price. Wish they had a liquor license.
