Been here twice because South Texas DQs are good. Both times this location has gotten the order wrong. Burgers were wrong, they forgot all the add-ons (bacon, cheese, jalapeños) gave the wrong size fries, so I paid ~$6 more for nothing.
If you like overpriced, sloppily made, plain soggy burgers.. this place hits the mark every time. If you prefer to receive what you pay for, try literally anywhere else.

My tacos fell apart badly. The seasoning of the meat was lackluster as well. The drive through attendant seemed confused during the ordering process. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for the order which was only two baskets and two tacos. I’ll stick to the location near my job in the future.

This location has yet to disappoint. The food is always fresh, the employees are always friendly, and it gives a nostalgic atmosphere, taking me back to my childhood days, too many years ago. Thank you for always providing a positive experience.

This weekend on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 3:58 PM I received bad customer service at this location simply because I was wearing my President Trump shirt. The cashier who took my order was not friendly to me and if I hadn’t gone up to the register to see my order of 3 tacos on the bar where the cook puts orders that are ready and say, “Hey that looks like my order of tacos.” I wouldn’t have received my order. It would have just stayed on that bar where the orders that are done are kept. So, if you are a supporter of President Trump and you are wearing a shirt with him on it don’t go to this location if you want to get bad customer service. The tacos were good but greasy but the bad customer service simply because I was enjoying being an American and wearing a shirt of my choice is more important.

The woman who took our order idk if she has something wrong with her or what but she didn’t listen to our order that we repeated 2 times and she was rude. I asked for a cheese burger with no onions or mustard 2 times and they still put onions on my cheeseburger.
They don’t put cheese or tomatoes either. Before yall come and say “take them off” that’s not the point when you are in the food business you try your hardest to meet the customers need and you pay attention. But when we pull up to the window the employees are yelling and goofing around with each other that’s embarrassing to see in a food environment.

We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes behind just 6 cars. When we finally got to the screen to order, they were out of ice cream. That’s right, the ice cream place didn’t have ice cream. They closed their lobby 40 minutes before closing time. This is not a one off experience as they consistently suck and have horrid wait times. I have finally had enough and will not return.
