I ordered a meal with two sides and a milkshake. After I paid i found out both sides and the milkshake were unavailable. They made up for it by giving me a cheesecake that was expired by 3 days. What I did get was the worst food ive paid for. Shut this place down, clean it for a week and start over. If you eat here, and you shouldnt, be kind to the staff. They don’t have a lot to work with.

Took about 15-20 minutes to get our food (dine-in family of four). No free refills on the drinks as far as I could tell. The decor is mostly A&W themed. I miss the Long John Silvers decorations from the 1980’s.

EXTREMELY poor quality food, worst I have actually ever had and I used to LOVE LJS. Fish fillets, if you could call them that, truly less than 1/4 of an inch thick which fried up to complete dried up shoe leather. I did return to the counter to show the staff the poor, poor quality of food. They nicely apologized but added, we can make you more, there is better fillets we can serve you….that tells me that this location is ok with sending out absolutely sub par food and that says it all

Ordered the super sampler told the man my two sides . He comes back and says it only has one. Whatever I wasn’t in the mood to argue. Then I got my food. I paid almost $11 for basically nothing i mean what is this? This is not a super sampler this is just sad

Food was good!!! Staff was alright, did not seem happy to be there. Wait it is new years eve, I don’t blame them. Anyway, only get to eat there about 1 or 2 times per year. Still good.

I’ve been looking forward to long John’s for a week but store is usually closed by 5. Finally got it today! I was so excited! Then I opened the box. Food looks like it’s been sitting around for several days and can’t tell the difference between the fish and chicken. They just need to shut the doors!

But this location wins the prize for the smallest $1.89 small drink of anywhere I’ve ever dined. It is the normal child size or even a water cup. The Diet Dr Pepper was extremely foamy and spurts making a mess. I appreciated the senior discount even if it was just 5% instead of a normally found 10%, or the offer of a free senior drink as found at other locations of LJS I have frequented.

Not sure how the food was, because we never got it. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes… even though there were only 2 cars ahead of us… just to get up to the speaker and see a sign that said “out of soda”. No apologies… just a statement. We wanted to leave by that point and were blocked in obviously because of the line behind us.
Employee never came back on to take our order after telling us to wait – so we were finally able to back up and leave as soon as the 4 cars behind us did the same. Do better. So disappointing.

The floor is slippery with grease from the moment you walk in. There is no wet floor sign nor does it look wet, so it is a layered on grease.
This place is known for ice cream and they said the ice cream and root beer are both out.
The staff are lacking and not very service oriented. Seriously don’t bother coming here, it is filthy. I’m planning on reporting it to the health department because I am that concerned.
