EXTREMELY poor quality food, worst I have actually ever had and I used to LOVE LJS. Fish fillets, if you could call them that, truly less than 1/4 of an inch thick which fried up to complete dried up shoe leather. I did return to the counter to show the staff the poor, poor quality of food. They nicely apologized but added, we can make you more, there is better fillets we can serve you….that tells me that this location is ok with sending out absolutely sub par food and that says it all

Stopped on our way home from Colorado to get our kids ice cream with lunch. Waited in line and halfway through ordering food out they don’t have any ice cream. What? Also out of apple juice.

the lady employee who took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional. i work at a sonic, i know how tough customer service can be. but she should absolutely not be working a customer service job if she can’t serve the customers correctly. the other two employees were very kind but no one seemed to know what they were doing. the food was extremely sloppy and the coney dog was served upside down in the box and tasted absolutely disgusting and almost chemical like. couldn’t even swallow it. do not recommend

Wow. Never have I ever had such horrible service. Only the drive thru is open due to staffing shortages even though the sign on the door states the dining room should be open 2 hours ago. Never got our drinks or vinegar/cocktail sauce so we tried knocking on the door or the dining area with no response. We tried pulling through the drive thru with zero response. We honked our horn & knocked on the drive thru window, no response. We again circled thru the drive thru & they acknowledged us & had us pull up. Gave us cocktail saice & vinegar but no drinks. I would prefer a refund but they couldn’t figure out we were the same people (only people). Opened the boxes to cold soggy chicken. Shameful waste of money, will never visit this location again.

I’ve been looking forward to long John’s for a week but store is usually closed by 5. Finally got it today! I was so excited! Then I opened the box. Food looks like it’s been sitting around for several days and can’t tell the difference between the fish and chicken. They just need to shut the doors!

Apparently short staffed. Counter was falling down. Restrooms needed major attention. Food was not as I remembered from past visits. Did not get what I ordered. I do understand the problems most businesses are going through, but this visit seemed excessive. I will try again in the future because of past visits to see if this is a one time deal but it will be awhile.

Went through the drive-through, was asked to park by the front door, and they would bring my order out… I waited well over 20 minutes and finally went inside, saw my order had been ready, not knowing how long it was sitting there or how much longer it would have sat there if I hadn’t gone in to get it…next time I’ll just go inside to order since this is the second time this has happened.
