The young lady greeted us and took our order immediately as we walk through the door with a big smile on her face she was more than willing to assist us and getting everything done and that we needed. It was a hot day and she was sweet enough to offer us the frosted glasses they had in the cooler which said us over the top and made the meal that much more better for us and we really appreciate them taking that extra step to make sure that me and my guests were very well taken care of would highly recommend going there everything was fresh and tasted amazing.

Today was my very first time eating at A&W.This service was ok.. the food not so much. My husband and I ate the same food. We both got the double cheeseburger meal. The burgers were good..but the bacon was not cooked at all on either sandwich. My fries were cold and the cheese was not hot ar all.

The guy who took our order was so rude (trying to rush us, raising his voice at us, just overall looked like he hates his job). Our food was cold and burnt. And the two tiny pieces of fish I was given would equal the size of one regular piece. Very disappointed. Will not be back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Very disappointed in long John silvers. They had no root beer no ketchup. Every time we go they are out of something. The worker appearance was not the best. We set and watch them as we ate and not one worker wore gloves when preparing the food. The boy that waited on customer did not wash or wear gloves as he was waiting on customer and then preparing food after waiting on some one. The dining room wasn’t clean. The staff did not look clean. Very disappointed in that place. We want be back. You wonder why people get sick then you need train your associates in food handling and protocol. Customer service should be #1. Health department needs to have a surprise visit. To me that poor management!!

This place was good when I first moved to Danville a couple of years ago we loved eating here. I don’t what has happened but it’s the worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile their drinks taste weird you ask for sauce they won’t give it you mention anything to them and they get attitudes I won’t be going back anymore. I have to give this experience a -0 it was the worst dinner my Husband and I tried to eat (and didn’t )the fish was very dry and old , the fries were cold and greasy, had to search for the salt and pepper shakers and they were filthy, the condiments were disgusting and an employee or customer that new a employee was laying down on seat with her but stuck up in the air. I walked in today and everyone was fighting, there was food on the floor behind the counter. Not one employee noticed me. I get it, I have tough days all the time however I strive to put customers first. I ended up just going to burger King for lunch instead after 3 minutes of waiting and watching whatever was happening behind the counter. Mind you that no other customers were in the dining room, just me.
