I recently visited Long John Silver’s located on Stockton blvd. in South Sacramento, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the fry cod. The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The portion size was generous and left me feeling satisfied.
The location itself is convenient, with ample parking available. The restaurant’s interior was clean.
If you’re craving some quality fish and chips, I highly recommend paying a visit to this location.

The gentleman that helped us was extremely accommodating , and he was very quick about getting asked everything we wanted or needed for our meal.
It was nice and quiet inside, not a bunch of people,which for us that was great.

This is one of two Long John Silver’s left in California that is a stand alone restaurant. There were once many of them in the Bay Area back then. I have so many memories eating here as a child with my family every few months.
The food was super fresh and the staff was super friendly. Took a little bit to get my food. Some people would think that’s a problem. Me, on the other hand…. That means fresh food that’s made to order! Heck I wouldn’t even care if it took 15 to 20 minutes! Food tasted fresh from the fried to the slaw… I’m definitely coming back when I visit the Sacramento area again!

I never leave reviews on places let alone a fast food!! But I had to let the people know that this Long John Silver’s was amazing! I haven’t eaten at a Long John Silver’s since I was a kid. My friend I was with wanted to stop there and eat and I truly was already thinking that it probably wasn’t going to be great, but I was so so wrong! First of all, it is clean as heck on the inside! The staff was friendly, and the food was HOT and Fresh! Honestly I was shocked, it was soooooooo good! Lots of food, clean inside and great service! I already want to go back!
