Started out good. Things changed once at the window. Asked for a cup of ice was told no I can’t. Checked the food after leaving the window burger was missing the extra cheese I paid for once back at the window I was told “I can give you a piece of cheese or I can take the burger back and add it to the burger. I refused and had it remade while waiting crew was talking crap and glaring at me through the window. The shift lead included. Tried to call the district manager with the number posted above the window and left a message 2 weeks later and still nothing

While at the drive-thru I could see the inside of the restaurant and it looks flooded. Water everywhere, and I could smell it from my car. The smell was reminiscent of a sewer. I dont know if there is an issue with plumbing or what, but last time I went (November 10, if I remember correctly) it still hasnt been fixed from what I could tell.
I go there a lot and I dont know why this hasnt been fixed yet.
But the workers (Carmen and Luis) were nice, and fast at getting my food out. I honestly feel bad for them. Like I said it smells gross.

Well, they forgot 1/3 of my order and I didn’t realize it until I got home 20 minutes later.
I called but they said there nothing the can do unless I drive back and waste 40 minutes. That’s crap. I own a small business. You can give a partial refund without having to come back in person.
I wish I could say they never screw up my order but it happens all the time.
I feel like leaving this negative review is the only way to let them know it’s a problem because the woman who answered the phone did not care. (called on 10/14 @ 8:30pm)

Im so impressed with the late night service from carmen. I use delivery service to get my late night food as im a security gaurd and cant leave to get my lunch. Im always told by the delivery drivers she says hi,Hope your night is good etc..and the day she forgot an item the next night she wrote a note and sent it with my driver. I used to have major issues with this store untill the new night crew came along in 2024.

I tried giving them another chance, and I regret it, me and my husband order from Jack-in-the-Box a cheesecake Oreo shake a loaded breakfast sandwich and a spicy chicken. Never got cheesecake. My load a breakfast sandwich was green. I didn’t notice it until halfway eating the sandwich I seen that my egg was bad here a picture to prove it. I’m gonna get sick because I have a weak stomach to food that goes bad -.- thanks once again .

Please hire someone who FULLY UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH, the paisa lady that has worked there for a while does not understand and gets things wrong, i tell her number 24 and she thinks i say 21, I correct her and she laughs, i tell her POWERADE and she says DR PEPPER? ok!
I am saying these things loud and clear into speaker, she still gave the wrong soda. I dont understand why these places always hire people who cant even communicate with the majority of people, if i went to Mexico to work but didnt learn Spanish, i would be stupid for even trying, its not fair to customers either, please hire ENGLISH UNDERSTANDING WORKERS, i just want my simple order to be correct

First my husband and I pull into the drive thru and we can not hear the gentleman at the drive thru. He gave us no time to think about what we wanted and we felt rushed cause I couldn’t get my husbands order fully so I had to continue to ask. Then we go to the window and he doesn’t say a word to me, I give my card to him and when he gave it back he just stuck it out the window shaking it at me. We get our food and we head home, when we get home my husbands box for his Jack munchie meal breaks and he loses all his fries. then we get upstairs and I look at my burger and I have the wrong burger I only ever get 1 thing at Jack in the box which is there ultimate cheeseburger and I did not receive that I got a burger with onions, tomato’s and lettuce. My husband checks his burger and there is no sauce just meat and cheese! I proceed to try to call the restaurant (2 times) to see what can be done and nobody answers it just rang the whole time. This isn’t our first issue with this Jack in the box but the ultimate cheeseburger is just Soo good! And I don’t want to drive to Mount Vernon when this one is a 3 minute drive from my house. After all of this I ended up doing the “contact us” on the bottom of the website and sent a report in.

This location must be closing down or something because all of the chairs inside have caution tape around them and they are on the tables as well as both bathrooms are out of service with a porta potty outside that is locked with a padlock. The sandwiches were as thin as a chip…kind of sad this location is not doing well.
