Today I ordered 2 of the 3 piece chickens with double fries and a medium lemonade. Chicken was small, fries were cold, and I got a medium glass of water. Yet I did get charged for a medium fruit punch. I asked for lemonade. If they didn’t have it they should of said so and changed menu. I went thru the drive thru, didn’t have time to run anything back in and I won’t call anyone to speak to anyone about it. Just do better because I expected more from a recently reopened place

We placed a pretty big order on the app. Since we were coming from some distance (there isn’t one close to us ), we arrived almost 20 minutes after the estimated time that the app said our order would be ready. Not only was it not ready, but no one could even find the order. I had to show them the order details on my phone. I told the gal that I needed to go to my car to tell my friend that it would be a few minutes and ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for them to get my order ready. (Other fast food places generally offer a free drink or something when there is an issue with the order taking so much longer than expected.) Lastly, I asked in the special instructions that they do not put hush puppies in the order. We ended up trashing about 20 of them. Sad to waste so much.
I think that they should make them optional and provide a choice of yes/no to them in the app. I don’t know anyone who likes them. They’re almost always as hard as a rock.
To end on a positive note…the food was fabulous. So many places serve fish that is dry and hard. This fish was tender and delicious.

I have not been to a Long John Slivers in a little while and I got a random craving so me and my family went for it and dinned in at the restaurant!
This location over exceeded my expectations today ! Inside has been upgraded and is very nice and clean. I was so impressed with how amazing , kind, and attentive all the staff was.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious… and yes we had a very large order and everything we got was spot on.
Our experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out my boys even enjoyed “ringing the bell” and were given some pretty cool pirate hats as we walked out ! We will be back for more Thankyou !!

Food was delightful, especially with the malt vinegar packets we got. Definitely recommend the shrimp over the fish, nothing wrong with the fish. The shrimp was just more preferable and maybe a but fresher tasting. Definitely recomend the hushpuppies too. The wait was a little long, but worked out in our favor since a booth was free after the wait. The loud music however gave me a bit of a migraine especially with the sound of the TV playing at the same time sometimes. Would have preferred to order with a person, but at least the weird screen cashier didn’t get our order wrong? So thagd nice. Overall solid meal will come again!

I ended up visiting Long John’s on Walzem for lunch. I was really impressed on the cashier Luke, on how much patience this gentleman had cause I was very upset how rude the couple in front of me ordering were. Besides them being very rude. They were removing and adding stuff and then asking why it was so much. Requesting to see the receipt before they paid for the food. Then the wife was like we are going to pay we just need the receipt. After everything Stella, the manager went to go check on them and the husband complained so she made him a fresh batch of fries and then the wife got up and also complained about only getting 5 shrimp instead of 6. I feel like they were just complaining to get free food. This restaurant is always clean & I love that I always feel welcomed. Stella always make sure to check that every single customer Is satisfied. I will be back soon

This location has been around for decades but has been newly remodeled. The new exterior looks great. I place my order in the app and when I got to the drive-thru received my order very quickly. When I got home I found the food to be fresh and hot. Everything tasted great except for the new fries that they now serve. They are these tasteless waffle fries and nothing like their original fries. I hope they bring them back soon.

I went through the drive-thru lastnight and didn’t realize until I got home that two items were missing from my order. I called the store, and they told me to come back so they could make it right. When I went inside, the manager, Lydia, was extremely nice and professional. She fixed my order quickly with no hesitation.
While I waited, I noticed the whole team was smiling, working together, and had such a positive attitude. It really made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back again because of how polite, fast, and helpful Lydia was. Great customer service!

We found one after moving down to San Antonio! Place was clean and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. As always, the fish was delicious! I always recommend Long John Silvers. We will be back.

not the same old long john silver. the fish was small the chicken was tiny . I was supposed to get 2 fish 3 chicken 2 sides and 2 hush puppies for 14 + dollars the hush puppies were so over cooked I only got 1 side and when I asked the lady about the other side and she gave me more hush puppies that I didn’t eat . and when I asked for cocktail sauce the employee looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. I told him the thing that yall had that used to have a pump and his response was oh we don’t have that anymore. NEVER AGAIN. I was hoping new store better food . just the opposite. waste of my money . what happened to this place . it used to be good . not anymore.
