I ordered a 10 peace nugget and received a 4 peace, I get it, it’s fast food. Things happen mistakes will be made. Usually when my food is messed up I don’t find out until Im home, and I take the loss but this was my lunch break, so I ran back and explained that im missing 6 nuggets. I provided my receipt, and the box that said 4 on the top. The women in the windows was quick to call out for another order of nuggets, but kind of interups me. They throw the new box in the bag very speedy like, I get out of their way and look at my missing nuggets, they gave me another 4 peace so im still short 2 nuggets. I only have 30 min lunch so at this point I’ll just take the loss. I know your rushed, especially at 12, but slow down, and listen to the customer, I wasn’t bothered i was explaining what i needed. Just a recap, I drove to McDonald’s->I ordered and paid -> drove to work to eat -> back to McDonald-> back to work to eat, still isn’t right I know it’s the worst when people want to sit in the window, but these kinds of visits are what cause that. For future reference I will be checking every item at the window before pulling off, that’s on me. I know this will run up your timers, but that way we can correct these issues on your time. Rather then my own.

Paid extra for lettuce and tomato on my Quarter Pounder at McDonald’s, but the tomato was mushy like it came from a can, there was barely any lettuce, and the bun was so soggy I had to put the burger in the oven just to dry it out. For premade, highly processed food, charging extra for the only vegetable option and still serving this quality is ridiculous.

This is probably the best McDonald’s in the area. I just came through to get breakfast. They are respectful as always. The lovely lady in the window made my morning. She has such a beautiful soul!

I ordered a value meal with a drink, and I was extremely disappointed by the experience. Two servers smelled my drink before handing it to me. This was unsanitary and very unprofessional. When I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, she did absolutely nothing to address the situation or resolve my concerns. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience this.

We eat here twice on Sundays, morning service is fantastic, evening service is slow, and rude; slow I dont mind if the food is hot and fresh. Last night however cold fries and when we took them back up there they purposely over salted them to the point they looked white. Rude service in the evenings. Need better evening management. Table service seems to make them mad.

I know that the owner making a ton of money owning a lot of McDonald’s around the area. No one in front to take an order the kiosk don’t even work. One lady taking food to people and prepping the orders herself and when she has a moment maybe take an order in the front. Got there at 8 am didn’t get food until 830. Lucky my nephews love going to McDonald’s.

Probably the worst McDonalds I have been to and have ordered from. Consistently missing parts of order or given incorrect items and the wait is abnormally long. We once waited over an hour for food and they saw nothing wrong with that. Tonight… because I needed something and I should have known better, we ordered and we received a 10 pc nugget meal with no nuggets and a small drink instead of a medium. 10/10 do not recommend.
