Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
The wait was extremely long, and instead of working, several of the young women in the back were dancing, yelling, laughing loudly, and using profanity in front of customers. At one point, the cashier loudly announced they were not taking customers unless it was a cashless order with the BOGO deal. Two men in front of us and another customer behind them left due to the confusion and delay.
When we finally ordered and asked to use the BOGO promotion, the cashier acted as if she had no idea what we were talking about, despite having a printed copy of the promotion right in front of her. She questioned whether the offer was valid, asked if it was from Instagram, and implied it wasn’t acceptable. I had to show her the Smashburger website before she went to ask another employee in the back—who was loudly singing, yelling, and calling coworkers inappropriate names instead of helping or making food.
After all of that, the cashier ended up using the code from her own printed sheet, which could have been done from the beginning instead of making it seem like we were making it up.
The fries were stale, though the burger itself was actually very good. Unfortunately, the food isn’t enough to make up for the unprofessional behavior, excessive wait time, and chaotic environment. Between the yelling, profanity, and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this location. There are plenty of better options nearby like In-N-Out or Raising Cane’s that value customers’ time and provide a much better experience.

We stopped in for my daughter’s birthday and Louis and KeiAna went above and beyond to make sure everything went right including accommodating for a gluten allergy. Honestly some of the best service Ive had in ages and I am really grateful for everything they did. Amazingly friendly staff and the food was delicious.

What happen !! A few years ago their burgers were great. Their logo was even eye catching, but now it looks way too simple just like their burgers . The bread was salty, the cheese they use is horrible and they’re kinda skimmish on the toppings. The burger pattie still has good flavor. The chicken tenders were salty and over cooked. Also, why is there too much grease on almost everything, even on the receipt. The place is very clean and so are their restrooms . The parking ️ is bad as well as the handicap ♿️ parking. To the manager/owner of this facility, please don’t give me a follow up. I’ll do you a follow up in the next couple of weeks and if it gets better, I’ll edit my feedback.

I visited Smashburger and was warmly greeted by the manager Luis. He’s hospitable, personable and remembers your face. He recommended the Smokin Good Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash. He said they keep selling out of it. It was delicious! They also have a good selection of cold beverages including my favorite Açaí Vitamin water.

The burger we ordered was great, the hotdogs were just falling apart.
The restaurant was a mess, no tissue paper in the restroom and a few employees were walking around in pajamas and slippers.. even had exta slippers in the hallway.
Not very professional and seemed like no management was here to set order..
Will not return to this location

And add that I got a reply on Google maps instructing me to email them directly and no one ever replied..

The worker told me it would be about 10/15 minutes for chili, mind you I had already paid. I was totally okay waiting for my chili, about 30 minutes goes by so I stand up and wait next to the kitchen area. Very upset it took me to stand up for them to check if it was done. It was sitting there and the kitchen didn’t say anything. Kitchen girl stared at me three times is why I also stood up. Horrible kitchen and just to come home with everything cold including the chili. First try and definitely last.

I would always come to this location before I moved away from Phoenix, and I’m always excited to get my bbq bacon smash, chocolate milkshake, and fries because they never disappoint. My favorite restaurant, the best one as a matter of fact. They always make the best food every single time I eat here, all of their locations are amazing. This location also had some great service which is always nice.

This place has gone down hill! I will not return here. Our food was drenched in oil. The tator tots were drenched, the fries, and the Brussel sprouts were all drenched in oil. They basically didn’t strain it. We told the manager, Roselen(not sure if she gave her real name), and she didn’t even apologize or ask to redo the order or anything.

Little run down smelled like toilet in there to be honest I wanted to leave but stayed. Needs a little clean up. Lady infront very welcoming and friendly food didn’t take long my burger kinda small and sweet potato fries were to crispy hard to enjoy. Burger tasted great. Wish they bring the haystacks back. Not bad over all but I probably won’t go back to that location.
