The food, what little there was, was actually pretty good. The portions of fish were less than half of what they used to be, but the price has increased drastically. This location needs a major refurbishment. The place looks old, dirty, and tired! Long John Silver used to offer great value and service in pleasant surroundings! Employee seemed disappointed when we told her that we were going to dine in. We were informed that they were closing in 40 minutes! What has happened? Does the ownership no longer care, the staff sure doesn’t? Last visit for us!

Food was over cooked. Employees talking on the phone with ear buds in. It was clean though not busy at all not one car in the parking lot. A couple people stopped in to pick up delivery order other than that pretty dead.

First time there, food was better than I thought it would be. ( Had fish tacos with fries and an order of the platter which contained Fish chicken shrimp and hush puppies. The sauces were excellent And I really enjoyed the food here only downfall would be the stickiness/cleanliness of it but it. Was not bad.

430 pm. 3 young adults hanging out on the seating for people waiting for food. Not sure why. Just hanging out?. Food wow how is this place open. Hush puppies were hot. Fish and fries had to of been cooked hours previous. Good thing I’m only passing thru town. Will not be back.

I have always enjoyed eating at Long John’s but this place is filty! Dirty foors, windows, counters, tables and the soda area was horrible. That’s such a shame how this place has gone down in the past couple of years.

I usually don’t have issues with this location as my family and myself are frequent guests. Granted they were busy. But the service was super slow, over an hour to get our food in the dine in area. The floors and tables were filthy. The manager brought us our food and she was actually quite unfriendly about it. Like we burdened her even being there. I get that it is understaffed but the lack of care is kind of a let down. When our food did arrive it was cold. Hopefully a better experience next time.

The fish tasted like it had been under the warmer all day long!! The rice was sticky as if it had been from the day before! They did not send everything that was ordered! We have ordered many times before with delivery and was always fresh & hot! But today was just terrible due to the reasons stated above! So whoever is working the Sunday shift needs to be fired or retrained!! Food like this will loose customers all together!!

I love Long John Silver’s. I do. But seriously? No kids meals? I had to pay $11 for a regular meal for a 6 year old who ate only half. And we spent over $50, purchasing 4 meals in total in the drive-thru, but received only 3 napkins and 3 cups each of tartar sauce (I asked for extra) and cocktail sauce (which tasted really sour). I expected a little better customer service and way better food, which was good but super greasy which might have been okay if we’d had more than 3 napkins….

Long John silver’s is great! Reminds me of when I was a kid! I’ve had good and bad experiences here but nothing that would make me so uncomfortable to never return. They could go for a remodel. People from the whole town would go in there just to see for themselves the difference since it’s been there for ever.
