Service was at 4!! But food was a 3!! I asked twice for food to be fried crispy crispy! Cashier didnt bother to tell cook just replied ” oh he does” !! Chicken came out 1/2 cooked.

For years I’ve stopped here when I came through cleburne.. always a treat! This time it was very disappointing.. fish was burnt and a dark brown, popcorn shrimp side was 9.. and a wierd taste.. the sweet tea wasn’t even good… what happen!!!

The food didn’t take too long to bring out but the drink fountain wasn’t working so tea was the only option and they didn’t offer that information before we paid. Drinks are not included in the meals so one meal at lunch was right under $20.00. The bathroom and the dining room are pretty run down and need updating. They didn’t seem to be dirty but cleaning doesn’t seem to be helping much when it’s so run down.

The food, what little there was, was actually pretty good. The portions of fish were less than half of what they used to be, but the price has increased drastically. This location needs a major refurbishment. The place looks old, dirty, and tired! Long John Silver used to offer great value and service in pleasant surroundings! Employee seemed disappointed when we told her that we were going to dine in. We were informed that they were closing in 40 minutes! What has happened? Does the ownership no longer care, the staff sure doesn’t? Last visit for us!

My husband and I was going through the drive thru ordered our food and so we get to we’re we pay and everything is good so they asked if we could pull to the front so they can bring it out to us. We got our food and it was what we ordered but we got maybe 4-5 fries in each container. So I went back in there and told them for the price we paid for the meals how come we got so little fries and the lady at the counter said I get this fixed for u and so she did but paying the price for that and u would think not to be so stingy with them. I will not go back there at all. Plus the food is real greasy.

I usually don’t have issues with this location as my family and myself are frequent guests. Granted they were busy. But the service was super slow, over an hour to get our food in the dine in area. The floors and tables were filthy. The manager brought us our food and she was actually quite unfriendly about it. Like we burdened her even being there. I get that it is understaffed but the lack of care is kind of a let down. When our food did arrive it was cold. Hopefully a better experience next time.

The food was okay. The experience of listening to the cook berate the lady taking our order was incredibly uncomfortable and awkward. It was obvious that she was new and was still learning the ropes and the lady that was about cooking did not help. It took over 15 minutes to get our order and though the Fish and Chicken were hot the french fries were old & cold.

Very nice and efficient. Only issues were small… two of the chicken planks had areas that were hard and stale, but the others were great. Out of iced tea, and not enough regular cheesecakes. Cole slaw and hush puppies were especially yummy, and again very nice ladies.

The fish tasted like it had been under the warmer all day long!! The rice was sticky as if it had been from the day before! They did not send everything that was ordered! We have ordered many times before with delivery and was always fresh & hot! But today was just terrible due to the reasons stated above! So whoever is working the Sunday shift needs to be fired or retrained!! Food like this will loose customers all together!!
