My husband and I ordered online as I do not care for going out to eat in public. Our order was scheduled to pick up at 5:10pm. Simple order: 3 PC fish platter with fries and slaw, 3 PC chicken platter with fries and slaw, and a large shareable popcorn shrimp.
My husband left to pick the order up at 4:50 pm as we leave be about 10 minutes away.
At 5:45 pm I video called him to see what was taking so very long. He informed me that he was still waiting for our order. He also told me that when he arrived there were two other guests that stated they were waiting for their orders for more than 30 minutes.
He said there was an older woman and two middle age men working. He said the woman seemed frustrated and lost. One of the men was on the drive thru window and doing most of the order taking, bagging, money exchanging. The woman was mostly standing looking at the screen scrolling thru it looking for tickets.
My husband went to the counter to inquire about our order that was now 50 minutes behind time.
The woman started to get very loud, never apologizing for the delay and getting more angry.
I was on speaker and told her this was unacceptable and to just make our order. She then got ultra loud and past rude with me saying that she has all these tickets on her screen and cannot find our order. She actually turned the screen to my husband to show him the screen.
I ended the video call with my husband and typed out what our order was and texted it to him.
I then videoed him again and told him to make sure to get the woman’s name. It took an additional 20 minutes for our order to be made.
Upon arriving with our meal more than 1.5 hours after we should have had it, my husband told me that no one had on a name tag. The woman kept saying that she’s the manager and it’s her first day on the job.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!
I need some resolution to this matter immediately.

I am currently sitting in the drive thru waiting on my order. The lady who took my order forgot her mic was still on and was very disrespectful. I heard every word. If you don’t like your job, simply quit. I will be contacting corporate as well. Horrible service ZERO starts is more appropriate.

The memories of eating at this location over the years. Wish they would clean it up a little better but still love going here. I love getting the chicken here it has the best coating on it and the hush puppies are a great snack. The service was very fast and got my food before I had my drink filled. Staff was friendly and uniforms looked clean. Price wasn’t horrible compared to most other fast food.

Idk who is working your drive through but she is beyond unpleasant. The older woman in the drive through was rude, impatient, and seemed to be miserable. If this is the case they should find another job. To note I was the only one in the drive through there was no one behind me and no reason to be rude at all. I haven’t eaten Long John Silvers in years- never much of a fan. When my boyfriend wanted to eat here tonight- I was not happy about it lol…. But much to my surprise, the food was actually really good! It was fresh not like my past experiences that I remember.
We went through the drive thru- the lady who was working the window around 6pm 11/5 was super awesome! Shout out to her! She also gave our doggies treats 🙂

How can I even give any kind of rating on this LJS? The experience from the start rates as one of the most unbelievably worst of all time. I was going to dine in. When I pulled up there was no one there, not even the drive through. I stood at the counter to place my order. There was a young man cleaning the fryer and a gal with a headset on walking around. Stood there about five minutes before the guy told here I was there. She messed around for a bit longer and instead of taking my order she started to take drive thru orders. Six orders in fact while I Stood at the counter for another 10+ minutes. When she came close to the counter she just stared at me. I just raised my hands in a gesture of wanting to order. She looked at me as though she was confused and said she would be right with me and went back to answering drive thru orders. After another 5-10 minutes of trying to be patient I had no choice but to walk out. If this is who you have working? I won’t be back nor will I ever recommend any on stop. Unbelievable to say the least!
