There was one good thing to point out and that was our server; he was very nice and friendly and made sure everything was okay. Great customer service. The issues that we (me & my partner) had was the hygiene & food preparation. When we were sat down at our table, we noticed a half eaten rib bone was underneath the table. My partner grabbed the bone with a napkin to notify the server. Nobody really had swept the floor beforehand. Next, was when my partner went to the restroom. He noticed that the men’s urinal was flooded with urine and that the surrounding floor was also covered in urine. Lastly, the food was okay. It was cooked adequately but prepared poorly. The Mac and Cheese was served with macaroni on top of the cheese. It had the cheese at the very bottom & the plain macaroni wasn’t mixed well. The loaded fries were separated with the cheese and bacon as one (hardened) layer that didn’t mix with the fries layer underneath.

Went out with family, great dinner atmosphere our was really attentive and help with our order. The cactus blossom was delicious and everyone at our team love it. The smother Ft worth rivet was delicious and hearty I got smother with onion and mushrooms. Got mash potatoes with brown gravy and a cup of chili for the sides.

Pick up-Ordered Beef tips- all the toppings were missing – No gravy, no mushrooms, no sour cream and no onions.Just got only the beef tips. And a separate order of Steak fries from Sides was combined with the order of Beef tips the quantity was very less. So much for waiting in the freezing cold for collecting this order. Dine in is better. This is not the first time they messed up a pick up order. Food is good otherwise.

This place has a serious issue with the quality of pickup orders. It’s been happening consistently, and today was no exception. How is it possible to let meals like this leave the kitchen?
When I dine in at the restaurant, the food is always much better. Unfortunately, we can’t always eat there, which is why we choose pickup (but the difference is night and day). The steaks are never cooked properly: they come out tough, gummy, and overcooked, even when I clearly request medium. The bread is just as disappointing, burned, hard, and flavorless.
It’s frustrating and disappointing because it feels like pickup customers are treated as less important than dine-in guests. If you want to keep that side of the business, the pickup system and quality control need serious improvement.

Have never been so this was our first experience. Our server was fabulous and full of energy! She was really the star of the show.
Portions were huge and tasty, blooming onion was yummy and those BUNSSSS probably could have just eaten those all night.

11/2025 as far as chain restaurants go, this one is about as typical and formulaic as you would expect. You must wait until all parties are present to be seated, and thevservers have electronic orderong so your food is being prep’d before they even leave the table. Then you can pay at the table with their little tablets. So get in, get food, and get going. The food is good, but nothing particularly unique. Prices are fair to moderate.

The food was great but the service lneeds improving. We were told that our pickup order would be ready upon opening at 4:30. We arrived at 4:25 only to watch about four other people get orders before ours. We almost were late getting to our 5:00 appointment. Elijah was a fantastic server and made our experience nothing shy of outstanding. He was very attentive and fun.
Coolest urinals ever!
The experience prior to seating was strange though. We checked in like normal, and returned to the hostess stand when we received the appropriate text. We were told to stand next to the stand in front of the steaks. Which just so happened to be where all of the rolls and butter are. So for the next 8 minutes or so, we were constantly in the way of every server or hostess trying to grab them. We shifted around the best we could to make room, but felt like a complete jerk the whole time. But that’s where we were told to stand so ♂️

I liked everything. We had an amazing service, the staff is so friendly, talkative and welcoming, they even gave us a lil gift as it was our first time in Texas Roadhouse, I would like to mention also the amazing service from our server KASSIDY MILLER, she is excellent, so lovely you guys have a great employee her assistance was one of the things that made out visit so nice.
I also like the place, the design is so cute, very “texan style” I loved the vibes of the environment, there was country music but at a moderate volume that is so good. If you like sports there is also a lot of tv showing different sports. Very family friendly. Also good to visit if you are on birthday.
I don’t even have to mention the food, everything satisfied my expectations, the taste is delicious, I loved the bread, the portions are big compared to the price, I strongly recommend the chicken and the Cesar Salad, everything felt so fresh.
