I recently visited this location with my family. All employees were friendly and very helpful explaining different options. The food came out cooked just right and all orders were right- even the customized ones. The dining room was clean and organized, and the dispensers for straws, napkins, sauces etc. were all stocked. The only thing that could use some improvement is the dining room. It was in dire need of some TLC.

Dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. Floors and tables were sticky and crumbs all over the floor. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Service was decent. Fish and chicken were okay, but fries were very stale and dry. Probably won’t be going back

The food is always good.. but the service is questionable sometimes… I honestly wish that instead of opening new stores they would update the old ones first. The ceiling tiles are discussing.. the floors are nasty and greasy throughout the store.. the walls paint is chipping away.. if the stores could just get a little lovin in the Midwest the star waiting would go up for sure

Food was good, but the service made it to where I will not come back to this location again. Had to wait 30 min to get my food. The bell was rang 6 times while we waited and only 1 time did any of the employees say Thank you. The lady we think to be the manager (the lady with the crazy gray hair) was on the line without any hair covering (a hat or a hair net).

Almost every time we eat me here at Long John Silver’s we get a variety platter. We love the fish and the chicken, my husband does like the shrimp. Fries are good here, Cole slaw is good here, we love the hush puppies here. If we eat it there it’s always hot and ready to go. It doesn’t make it home very well. But overall this is the last old original building in Blue Springs, I think! It’s a old restaurant but it’s a good restaurant.

Just went in there and I am going to call corporate because our food was really bad the fish was old as in it had been setting under there warmer for to long so it was kinda dried out and hard. When I pay almost 8 dollars for a meal I want my food to be fresh and there was nothing fresh in my order…yes we came in at 2:13 so we probley got what was left from the noon lunch or there last batch that they made of fish and chicken…will not eat at this long John silvers again….was very dissatisfied because usually I love long John silvers and this one was just not a good one to go to in blue springs.

What can you say? This building is almost as old as Blue Springs and it shows. It’s a sticky, greasy mess. The service is hit and miss but let’s be honest. There is crack in that breading and I want my chicken covered in it along with a big box of “crumbs” that i can eat until I’m ready to explode.
