If you love eating greasy food this is the place to go. Fish was greasy, chicken tasted like fish( guessing everything is cooked in the same grease, and hard telling how old that is.) Hush puppies where alright, at least they weren’t dry. Shrimp was just as greasy. My dad ordered shrimp without breading n wanted garlic sauce to dip in. They gave him a container with it all mixed together (almost puked when he opened the lid) it had broccoli in it and didn’t smell too good at all. I’m let’s see what else….. Couldn’t tell difference between fish and chicken, Fris where also greasy and some where hard. So over all I’ll never eat at any long John silvers ever again, hoping I don’t get sick. The only thing that was actually good was the Cole slaw. (And that’s it!) Also the employees where very nice. The lady at the register could remember everything from menu off the top of her head. Well cleaned and also very clean bathrooms. Great service. And that’s the only good thing I can say about this place.

The staff was kind of friendly and prompt. I did not wait long and was satisfied until I got home the food was a little heavy on the grease especially the fries which were also soggy maybe a minute or 2 longer in the frier the clams were perfect and the fish had somewhat doughy soggy batter and the fish slightly undercooked which tasted fine but had to stay close to the toilet the next day.

The fish was hot, but the pieces were flat and mostly breading. The chicken was cold and tough. The cod was the best out of what we had. I bet the fish is so small because they do all you can eat everyday.

We took our four kids and were going to order a family meal, and they told us it would be without any hush puppies, as they were out of them. We say “ok, can we sub fries?” They insist no substitutions because “hush puppies arent sides, they’re condiments.” Except hush puppies are listed as sides on their menu, cost the same as a side of fries, and they are normally not free. They were going to charge us original price on the meal, but not sub anything, and acted put out that we would even ask, so we decided to leave.

I have been going here since I was a small child. Of course the building burned down since then and it has been re-built. The layout is still the same, the greasy food is just as yummy and addicting as ever. Recently I have noticed that the staff is just amazing here. I don’t know if it is new people or new culture the company is bringing, but my kids love going here and wearing their hats and of course ringing the bell on the way out. Hush puppies anyone?

Anytime I want some good fish I can go to Long John Silver and get fish or shrimp or k I want it’s all good and at a reasonable price this used to be a very nice place to go to and I like it very much but the last time I was there I ordered two tacos and the guy charged me for two fish well I didn’t look at the Taco price so I went ahead and paid him $8 and something when he brought me that to fish I told him I wanted tacos he went back into the cooler and talk to somebody else and he come back out and says this is what you ordered this is what you get and then the manager she came over and she started be grading me and telling me I was causing trouble I don’t understand it they brought me the wrong order even though I had paid for the fish I wanted the tacos I will never be going there again and then she had the audacity the tell one of the customers that all we get guys like him once a week well if they get guys like me once a week why don’t they serve us like we want it when the guy charged me $8 and something I questioned it and then he made an excuse or something so I just went ahead and paid him trying to be a nice guy the I’m 80 years old my mind is good and I know what I ordered after I looked at the receipt I saw that I had paid for the fish which was about $2 more than my tacos but they had no business of picking all three of them picking on me when I I told her just shut up and go away and leave me alone and she just kept wanting to argue argue argue I will never go into that place again she isn’t fit the weight on people and if the guy that waited on me was a new guy he should have told me that he made a mistake and I would have probably went ahead and ate two fish but I wanted to talk I need made a big scene out of it and turned it around and made it look like I was the one that was making a scene well you know where you can put your fish Long John Silver’s as long as you keep that employ I’ll never go back in there and I used to love it went in there one two times a week

Had a bit of a wait, but was given extra to make up for it. Always enjoy the food. Went back a couple weeks later and had faster service and was able to use 2 vouchers they gave me for waiting the last time. Always very friendly service.

Food was great. Hot and fresh the only issue was with customer service. I would hate to think that, in this day and age, certain people would have an issue with a Latino coming in to your establishment but when you are the only one who isn’t asked how your food is or if you need anything else, I wonder what that could be all about? Hmmm….?

Love the fish and chicken with hushpuppies & coleslaw n fries.You can switch up your sides if you want to have macaroni or corn ect. They could add some more sides choices still and some Desserts to the menu Even Fishermen Like their Desserts right. They have great shrimp aswell. Other Great Food…
