If I could give a half of a star I would! Today, I had a horrible experience with Subway #34397. I work at a business where we order lunches in bulk. In this case, I had 8 co-workers who wanted Subway #34397 and 6 placed an order through me. At Subway #34397, I waited 20 minutes in line which was no big deal because it was lunch rush time. I first noticed that the lady in front of me started her order then walked out due to flies touching her food. I proceeded to the counter and began by stating I have 6 sandwiches. The MANAGER states “I can’t do 6 sandwiches. That’s a platter”. To get clarity, I said “So I cannot make 6 sandwiches and pay for them?” The MANAGER says “no, we can only make them if they are done online.” I move to get out of line and waited for the clerk to get finished checking out a customer so I could get my other 2 co-workers online orders. While I am waiting, the manager says “what do you need?” I state that I am waiting on the clerk. She says “I’m the manager, you can talk to me”. I told her that I was here to pick up 2 other sandwiches. I got those sandwiches and left.

First of all there was no hello welcome to subway, there was barely any bread, there was barely anything on the bar, the guy was going to go from the meat to the veggies my husband had to stop him cause my daughter can’t eat spicy food. There was barely anything on the veggie bar. When my husband went to the register and asked who does the prep all the manager had was a attitude. The part she don’t understand that me and my husband use to run a subway so we do know how things are supposed to be done with subway. ATTITUDE is a big no no and second you should always have bread cooked and ready before dinner rush

Never go to Subway in Madison, GA. They will over charge you for your food and give you food that isn’t edible. And they will REFUSE to give you a replacement or refund. Corporate office won’t help you at all. Subway has went down majorly.

My daughter just left there at the Madison today to pick up an order for her and her co-workers and the worker stated “she could not make that many sandwiches”. A sub place can’t make sandwiches. What is missing. Poor customer service. Total awful!!

I always buy a sub sandwich when I shop at Walmart It’s usually clean and the person making the sandwich always wears gloves but today for some reason the guy was touching everything with the gloves on. First, pulling up his pants. Then touching his hat all while putting my lettuces on my sandwich. Man, I don’t want to eat your hat or your pants. What since does it make to wear the gloves if your going to touch everything anyway???

Have to save beth nation is a very sweet. Manger at that store. Who ever come in there complains about how that store runs n stuff really need go to other places. Cause beth is a hard worker who really enjoy put smiles on people faces n a know how make a sammchies. Anit no need to complain when u know u get ur sammchies right. I rather her fix my sammchies then any other subways. she works really hard for her family i think subway needs to respect her more n treat her right. U need to give her a raise. Keep up the good work beth . Show them u know how make the sammichies n u want have no problems . People just wanna complain way to much. Dont like it there dont eat there simple as that. Please give beth a raise n appacate her work. Cause its hard find good workers .

I just had the worst subway sandwich ever! I shouldn’t have continued my order after seeing the food bar but I did. I made the girl dig for cucumbers that weren’t mushy from being frozen and thawed to many times. No onions, no vinegar, no spinach. I think The list would be shorter to say what they did have. We pay and go to get our drinks. Fill up with sprite (thank Goodness) bc over at the lids and sweet tea there is a gnat feeding frenzy. Who knows how old that tea was or how many gnats were floating in it. I hate for someone’s business to fail bc of poor management and lazy employees. #make subway great again.
