Ordered an Italian bmt and the employee making the sandwich attempted to make the skinniest, saddest sandwich I’ve ever seen from a Subway. I requested the proper amount of meat on this sandwich as I have been to subway tons in my life and was charged as if I wanted it to be extra. Food was good but service not so much. Will not be returning to be cheated on my purchase.

We just enjoyed two of the best subs we’ve ever had. Actually for the past 6 months or so, each one of our subs as been spot on! Bread always fresh, the meat and vegetables don’t taste like a nasty refrigerator smells. Yucky!
The staff are always friendly, especially the older guy, always service with a smile.

They didn’t receive my mobile order which I can understand that could happen, so I didn’t even mind going through the process of ordering and paying in store (even though I had to call for my mobile refund). I guess the manager on duty assumed I wanted to be confrontational about the whole situation and just acted like a dick through the entire ordeal- especially when I asked if they could honor the coupon I used in the original app order. He acted like I was just trying to get something for free from the start and was ready for an argument. If this wasn’t a request from my elderly mother for dinner, I would have left. I just don’t see the point in people being disrespectful for no reason.

If I could give zero I would there were two girls working behind the counter with one customer and myself they were too busy on their phones and talking to each other than working the only other person working was a boy who was stocking he had to come from what he was doing to make my sandwich because the girls continued talking instead of tending to their customers so it took almost 20 min to get one sandwich the employees should be more attentive to the customers rather than each other and their phones meanwhile the boy must have been new because while he was trying to ring it up it took them almost 5 minutes to realize he needed help ringing up the sandwich. He had amazing customer service compared to the 2 who seemed to have worked there longer than him

Save your time and money. Don’t eat here! I was first in line with a $6.99 any footlong coupon (except for the beast). I kept it simple with a footlong turkey. It took two guys 20 minutes to make only one sandwich and repeating myself multiple times. Also they were very stingy with the veggie and meat portions. I worked at a subway when I was younger for two years and these workers/owners were wrong through and through. Already alittle aggravated with the service, I finally made it to pay for my sandwich. I showed him my coupon and wanted the sandwich only. Took 10 more minutes ringing me up and my total came up to $11.35. I told em that the total was wrong. He said it wasn’t. So I left the sandwich on the counter and started walking out. He told me “you have to pay for your sandwich”. That’s where he was wrong again lol.. gotta be the worst subway in Georgia

I visited Subway 8/6/2024 @ round 10:40/11:00 the girl working was extremely rude got mad cause I asked for lettuce from the other container cause the one she was trying to put on my sandwich was brown. She gets smart & at this point I don’t even want the sandwich I ask her for her name & she refused to give it to me. I have never been treated like that before but thats not my first encounter with this particular worker she was fixing my sandwich one day with gloves on but touching her hat & on the phone the black lady that works there saved her cause she could tell I was bout to say something to her.

Just tried to order on Doordash. They only had white bread and ham, turkey, and chicken. They tried to say that if I cancel the order for today and reordered tomorrow that I would get my meal for free. How are you not going to be prepared to serve today and expect someone to reorder the next day? I’m not interested in a possible. You’re either prepared when you open or just stay closed. This will be my last time ordering from Subway.

What a wonderful surprise! First thing I asked “Has there been a change in management?” YES! I could tell by walking in and noticing everything was Clean. Has not been that way in a very long time. New manager was so nice. I just stopped in for a pretzel today but will be back for subs soon now that it is under new management! Thank you

Not enough workers only one person making sandwiches and doing cashiering. She was doing her best in spite of the situation. The wait was quite long. Several people left in disgust. This is not an employee problem. They don’t make the decision on how many people they can hire. Management does.
