First one I went to had only drive through open,so went to another and service pretty slow a the size of the fish is very small, it takes 2 to make one of what it used to be. Won’t be eating at any long John silvers again. Not worth the money spent

I’ve enjoyed this place since I was a kid. We just got some chicken and fish sea shares and a couple sides and brought them home. Hit the spot for what we were craving, and they handled large order well, checking with each other throughout getting it ready to make sure everything was just right.

Friendly staff good food clean restaurant bathrooms clean as well was kinda surprised that our order was right as well as hot and you could tell it was not reheated like some times it is not only from this location but others as well and other restaurants not just ljs but was very pleased with the service that we had and the quality of the food tried tagging photos

The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE except for the manager on shift. The food was honestly inedible. The chicken was old and the texture of leather. The fries were so mixed in with an immense amount of the batter crisps that I wasn’t sure if they were mixed with my fries or if I had gotten an order of just the crisps and they accidentally threw in some fries. I can’t speak for the fish as I didn’t eat it. On top of the RUDE staff member I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and I really think they just forgot because they pulled me and they were not busy at all. There was no one behind me in the drive thru at all. I know it wasn’t to make fresh food for sure. I recommend going to one of the other stores.

I wanted to order something that I saw on line. In a no nonsense manner, Debra told me I couldn’t do that. Hmm, it was the first thing that popped up when I was looking for the menu. I’m not saying that I was in the correct screen but I clicked on menu and it came up. I’m not that computer savvy but I I do recognize when someone just doesn’t want to serve me. I just asked why it was advertised. She became very impatient with me. No time to explain. Anyway, our order was correct It was very sparse on condiments that I requested so I went back in. I did receive those without any questions. BTW, I will unsubscribe and I won’t be back anytime soon.

I ordered a family 12 pack online. I went to the store to pick up in the drive thru. I received the order and went home. I was shorted 6 fish and the fries. I tried calling 3 different times and nobody would answer the phone. I went to the drive thru again and told the lady what had happened. I pulled around and the manager was very blunt asking for my receipt and giving me attitude. Treating me like a criminal, that went right through me as whoever made this order knew I was shorted. That much food doesn’t dissapear. I won’t be ordering anything from this kind of poorly managed store! Half of a $40 order missing is poor management. Treating customers like criminals is poor management. Yes, I got my food. Yes it was good. Yes I made two trips to the other side of town. Yes I had a bad manager help me.
