I ate at the Taco Bell there, great hot food, my order was correct, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I did get the $1.00 crab cakes though on Friday from LJS side, got 3 my husband sent me back for more! Very good for a fast food option. Great portion size also on Taco Bell.

Horrible. Waited in the drive thru for a long time. Ordered two platters. My sides were supposed to be cole slaw and corn on the cob. I did not receive any of my sides but they were nice enough to give me taco bell hot sauce. I didnt ask for that. I asked for malt vinegar and got nada. I will never spend my money there again.

Customer service was great,food was very fresh. Anytime we’re in Plant City we make it our business to not eat till we get to Long Johns. One particular employee really stood out was super friendly and was extra helpful with the other employees. She looked to take on the role of a leader to me if not she should be her name was GiGi she really made this latest visit better than any others.

I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before being acknowledged! And there was 4-5 people working at the time. A girl asked “have you been helped?” I told her No and she walked away! 2 more people came in, their orders were taken, and still not mine! I was furious! I had to walk out then because I was afraid of what I might say or do! They suck! And need to work on their communication skills! But, wait! After I left, I tried to call and tell management what happened and couldn’t even get a phone answered! No joke I called 8 times!

We got two of the new cod fish dinners and they were so hard with too much breading. The fish tasted old. The French fries were even hard. We could only eat the Cole slaw. What a waste of $14.96. It really was gross.
