I have not been to Long John Silvers probably in a year. I went to the drive-thru to get a fish sandwich six hush puppies and some fries. First of all the drive-through today, January 29 had so much snow, but the parking lot itself was very clear. I don’t know what happened to the drive-through, but somebody should’ve done something -I mean, if there I’ve been a shovel available I would’ve sold that out myself. It was horrible.
But the food quality is what the problem is. I could not eat the fish sandwich. I could not eat the bread. It was horrible. It was not soft. I don’t know what is in that tartar sauce, but I could not ingest it. The fish fillet itself wasn’t too bad, but I would never order it again. Ever!!
I did not know they serve Waffle fries instead of regular French fries and definitely they been sitting there for sometime under a heat lamp . They were barely warm to the Touch, But extremely dry. The hush puppies they were Ok. I cannot believe I just wasted $12.00 of my money On the only thing I can eat, which was the hush puppies and the fish patty. . I don’t want anything from long john silvers: not replacement meal, not a coupon!
I don’t want anything. They cannot really be staying in business. There’s no way. Maybe the remodeling was the last ditch effort to pull in customers.

I love this location. Food is always hot and fresh. They make my order how I prefer it every time with no issues. The new drive thru was a great fix. The staff are overly friendly and always pleasant. The manager is so friendly and remembers customers. I have no complaints, I love LJS.

Delicious! They’ve recently remodeled and it looks great. The food is always good. It’s very pricey, though, and costs about the same as the higher end sit down restaurant down the street that has seafood, too. My only complaint is that everything is already so expensive and most meals don’t come with a drink so I always bring my own with me. I do wish they would change that insanely loud noise that let’s you know every time someone answers the door. You can hear it at any other business within a quarter mile radius. It’s far too loud so this is a place I actively avoid when I have a migraine. But otherwise, I love it. It just has to be a special treat for me.

Been a long time since I have visited a Long John Silver’s. The portions size and price now, do not match up well. The drive through was closed for remodeling, which I am sure will drive prices even higher. The one in hermitage pa I visited, was at least clean. My self-serve experience is not at all what I am looking for if I have to come inside. I hope they remodel more than just the decor. If people come inside a waiter or waitress will be a welcomed back addition.

I love this LJS.. It’s always good. I never have a complaint. Hot and fresh.. I find the employees joyful too which is a hard to come by for fast food. You can have my money over all the other fast food places here.

Love Long John silver’s hard to pass by this restaurant without stopping.
Newly remodeled, however, the benches are so close together that they press against your back and your stomach. There is plenty of room for them to move the benches and make a larger seating capacity within the booth.

We hate the French fries!!! Bring back the old ones. We were there this past Saturday at lunchtime. The French fries were OVERCOOKED, COLD AND WE ALL GOT ABOUT 6 of them on each plate. And they want a fortune for them !! So dissppointing.They always said….COOKED WHEN ORDERED….NOT SO ANYMORE. YOUVREMOLDED FOR NOTHING!!! REMODEL THE FOOD and offer mashed potatoes. Should have went to popeyes. Husband said, bring back corn on cob !! His corn kernels tasted like horse corn. Shameful, over priced, poor quality food !!!

I went through the drive thru. Ordered $35 worth of food, but it wasn’t enough to feed me and my wife. The meals do not come with drinks and the food was prepared poorly. The fish was soggy in places and the fries were rubbery and chewy, but had a slight crisp, which in my experience indicates they were double dropped in the fryer as an attempt to extend their lives. To top this all off the ice tasted strongly of bleach, I believe whoever cleaned the ice hopper out last used a bucket of bleach water but didn’t allow it to dry to avoid contamination. I would expect this out of the wrong side of a big city location, but not hermitage, and not at the price charged for the meal.

Hadn’t been here for awhile, thought I would try it. People you got to do better. 26.00. Two platters. Didn’t mind waiting, but get the order right. I added a piece of fish 3.19. Order “30 was charged. Got home no extra piece of fish. The receipt is right in front of you as you are assembling the order.
