I used the online pickup option at this newly remodeled location. Ordering was easy and the food was ready when I arrived, but it wasn’t as hot or fresh as I expected—seemed like it sat for a bit. The fish and chicken were decent, sides just okay. I added an extra piece of chicken for $3, but it was surprisingly small for the price. Staff was polite and the remodel looks nice and clean, but overall the experience was more average than great.

One piece of chicken was pinkish.. fish was super fresh amd delicious, fries were cold and under cooked (white,pale and starchy)and out of temp.. my platter was missing all sides, and the person at the counter tried to tell me my platter doesn’t come with sides.

Please verify your receipts before leaving, as I was overcharged. My son and I had ordered a two-piece lunch with the shrimp basket, which should’ve cost $19-20. We got charged $26. The food is wonderful, but overcharging is not acceptable.

This LJS has gone so far downhill that I might have to call it quits. The fish is super thin and dry, the shrimp are half the size they were, the coleslaw tastes nasty, and you get like 1 crumb. They went from regular fries to dry crunchy waffle fries. They routinely mess up the order, and the service is super slow since the remodel. The hushpuppies are the same as they ever were, at least.

Drinks NOT INCLUDED. Got #10. Pulled forward, realized I didnt get the drink. Go inside to get it, they tell me it doesn’t come with a drink. Look up at the menu and sure enough, drinks are extra. For $13.69 that’s pretty crazy.

We had been really wanting long John Silvers for a few weeks. We ordered the 3 piece chicken meal each. They must have changed recipe because the chicken did not taste the same as it had in the past. The fries are now Waffle fries. The employees were friendly and gave good service. Next time I will try the fish

I did enjoy the food here, but tonight I received a delivery in which the fish was small and had been cooked in old oil and a small order of clam strips, when I ordered a family size. I will not be ordering a delivery from them again. I can’t believe this, when they know you pay triple for delivery through one of the food apps.

This place is so disorganized. I know in fast food its hard to keep a dedicated crew with the way wages are. But took almost 20 mins to get my food at order in names were confused/not right. The drink fountain was out of service (staff did fill behind the counter). The restaurant is clean and newer but ordering can 1000 percent use improvement.
