Hate to state this, but this location brings shame to McDonald’s. The service was lousy, poor response to our order, food was no where near to what it should have been, I included how a frappe was provided me, excuse was machine broke, nothing else. I would not revisit this location EVER. We weren’t the only ones waiting and disgruntled. Many others waiting too long for simple orders.

Like most McDonald’s multitasking is not their thing. Weighted to take my order, waited to give them my money, waited for them to return my change, then went to the next window and waited while my coffee sat inside the window played grab ass. Was eventually handed my coffee which I promptly put into my coffee cup, and returned the empty cup to the window sill where the employees could throw it in the wastebasket. As I started to drive away the the employee slid the window open the employee smack the cup off the Sill and on to the ground, parking lot. If management is giving them minimum wage he is overpaying them. The owner should take the time to drive through his drive-thru and see how is employees are acting

This place is so slow. You want 15.00 per hr well you need to make more money and only way to do that is speed up service to bring more money in. But still remember accuracy. Well that needs improvement too. Just do your job with pride then everyone all around will be happy

Horrible food and service ..waited 15 mins after placing order in drive-thru..30 bucks wasted couldnt eat the food it was nasty and te bag was so greasy..ordered Dr. Pepper and tea with the meal..the employee hands me the drinks, I asked if they were both team because they looked alike…she said no one is Dr pepper but our machine is out..do you want another drink….well yes I do…why would you even hand that to a customer….Never again Micky D!

Im not one to usually post bad reviews bc everyone gets busy and mistakes are made sometimes…but when you replace an egg with cheese to an order, thats a pretty recognizable mistake..Flash forward 2 days…Im trying to get me a lil apple pie after picking up my grocery order. I order, I find my way ACROSS the parking lot to the McDonald’s. There are maybe 4 cars ahead of me…not to bad, seeing as I’ve placed my mobile order of ONE APPLE PIE while waiting at Walmart for my pickup… I give my code at the drive through and proceed to wait another 15 minutes for them to ask me what my order was once I made it to the 2nd window. I told her, she apologizes and says they dont have anymore but they do have a birthday apple pie (same thing only with sprinkles). I said ok… she brings it back to the window…hands me the bag. I tell her thank you. No words were exchanged from this worker! She shuts the window I drive off. I pull over to get gas before leaving town and proceed to eat my pie. Tell me my its ICE cold! Like it just came out the freezer?!? I can tell you what I really wanted to do…..but now I’m home, writing this lovely review. Don’t expect even minimum level service if you go to this McDonald’s after 830pm. Sorry not sorry

This is the only McDonald’s that I can say I do not like the one in Manning South Carolina. They are very slow. I went in on a lunch break. I only have an hour. I spent 35 minutes waiting on my food today I went by there went inside ordered a Rib with no onions or pickles. My seat says only sauce. I bring my food home cause I was just getting off of work get home to eat and it’s loaded with onions and pickles. Please somebody get on these people and make sure that they do their job and make sure they do it in a timely manner. They need to learn some lessons from the one on Highway 15 in Sumter. They are the best.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s anywhere. I just sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and the guy in front of me only got a coffee. When I ask why the wait was so long was given we are training new people. At breakfast rush! Poor management. Needless to say when I got my food it was luke warm at best.

Waited in the drive thru for almost half an hour. Several people who came after me got their food before me because I was told to pull off to a parking spot to wait. I placed a mobile order. There were no monopoly stickers on my QP or my McCafé drink. The manager said it just doesn’t come with that even though the app shows it does. I also had hair in my fries. She told me I had to come back to get them replaced. I won’t be eating at this location ever again in the future. Very unsanitary and disappointing customer service.

We waited about 25 minutes for cup of tea and cheeseburger , after this still 10 minutes cup of hot water for crying child. They needs to improve their job and not sleep more

I have never in my life written a review for a McDonald’s because come on, it’s McDonald’s, it’s not like you expect the best. We placed a curbside order and parked and put in the parking spot number. We waited at our parking spot for 30 MINUTES. Yes 30 MINUTES. Watched other curbside customers who arrived after us come and go. No one acknowledged us. We finally got fed up and went in and showed them the order number. They just shrugged and said they didn’t see it. So they had zero clue we were out there. If you put all the brain cells together of everyone working there it would not equal one. Lesson learned, at least stuck with drive through because then they have to acknowledge you.
