I tried Lola’s for the first time today, and I had the club sandwich. The presentation of the food was very nice. I ended up not liking the particular seasoning that was on the turkey, and the cuts of deli meat were a little too thick for my taste. The manager Lindsay went above and beyond, though, to make sure that I was satisfied. She offered to make me something else since I didn’t like the sandwich. I opted to take home a grilled chicken cesar salad. She even had the kitchen staff slice the chicken thinly for me. I will definitely try Lola’s again bc of the great service I received today.

This is the first time I have ever written a review of any kind! But I must say I had to for Lola’s Handcrafted Kitchen! I ordered the BLT and my Husband ordered Lola’s Burger. The presentation was FABULOUS and the food was Excellent!! The staff was top of the line, everyone there was so nice!! Even the manager Mandy May came to our table to welcome us and to see if we enjoyed our meal! You just don’t get that kind of service anymore! SO HERE’S 5 STARS TO YOU LOLA’S FOR THE BEST FOOD AND STAFF!! We will definitely be back and tell all our frienfriend!!

We took our 97 year old mother to Lola’s last week for a Rueben. Even though it was delicious, it was too spicy for her. Mom had radiation on her cheek a year ago and at times food can be too hot for her. The GM, Mandy May, immediately noticed her and came to our table. She brought her a glass of milk and a menu to order something else. Mandy was so kind to mom and she really enjoyed the club sandwich. We will definitely go back because of the good food and the kind staff! Thank you Mandy!

The absolute best sandwiches we’ve ever had! The chips were really good as well! We went with the Bron-Yr-Aur and Heaven can wait. Both were equally amazing, and we will definitely be back to try several more. The atmosphere is clean, quirky & fun. We loved reading all the signs on the wall, and the lunch boxes were cool to see.

Updating this review over a year later. Absolutely love this place. It’s a popular local spot, so wait times can be longer than your average chain sandwich place. Definitely call ahead if you’re on a time crunch cause they get busy fast during lunch hours. The food is fresh and made in-house. The Ruben is phenomenal. They make their corned beef in-house. Like, seriously, just try it. the house-made turkey is to die for. totally unique to this spot. you can totally tell the difference between bulk turkey out of a bag versus the hand-seasoned bird. try the TABC. it’ll change your life.

Very kid friendly during Mother’s Day and hardly a wait as it’s first come first serve. We had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 3 kids with us. Definitely not a fancy place for fine dining but it had a great atmosphere thanks to the live music that Sunday. Wonderful New Orleans vibes. I really wanted the Shrimp Po Boy sandwich but it’s only available Wednesdays and Thursdays which was a huge bummer since I live in Austin. So instead I tried the Shrimp Roll sandwich with chips. Think of it as a lobster roll sandwich but with shrimp. It was pretty good. The bread was absolutely perfectly tho. Buttery and extra crispy on the inside but pillowy soft on the outside. No cut gums from this sandwich. The chips were made in-house and were decent. Texture was just right but needed a bit more flavor. Next time I’ll try the French Dip or the Shrimp Po Boy. Great place for lunch!

This was a pretty nice restaurant to try out. I had the Club Sandwich and it did not hold back on the meat. So for all meat lovers out there(who love pork) this is the sandwich is for you! The customer service is pretty nice even with social distancing. The decor of the place is also nice. It has a bar and outside seating.

I had the TABC sandwich and the hand-cut chips, both at the recommendation of the counter clerk. The sandwich was delicious, with savory, moist turkey and thick, crispy bacon balanced well by the chipotle mayo and avocado. The chips were well-fried and tasty, but I will probably go with a lighter side next time, as the combination made for a generous portion of heavy food for lunch.
