We came out to do a lockout today, and stopped to get our drivers lunch! Amazing! Kylee and the owner were amazing. We were happy to chat while we waited for food. The burgers are HUGE! definately will be back and thank you ladies for the great converstation and food today!

Have you been to Chicken Fried Steak heaven? Logger Burger Bar in Onalaska Washington has one of the best ones I’ve had. A “must stop in” when traveling Highway 508! They also have Catfish Fridays and a burger on steroids called “The Logger!”

Amazing burger and onion rings and turkey melt. Had the 1 lb logger burger and it was great. Burger was juicy,cheese was gooey and bacon was awesome. Will definitely be back. Try this place out you will not leave hungry. The waitress was super nice and food came out fast. There breakfast is also the best in the area had the Chicken fried steak and it was almost as big as the plate and was incredible! Comes with hashbrowns, eggs and they had homemade white bread toast that was the best!

We went today and it was pretty bad. Granted they were busy due to the apple festival. But we ordered and then stood near the pickup window since they had their door locked, we were number 660. They were calling 653 when we first ordered, eventually they started calling 661, 662, 663. My husband finally went up to ask if ours for lost when they called 667. So 7 people after us got their food. The lady at the window was really rude and said they were going in order and told him to step back. Sorry but okay why aren’t we eating our food if you’regoing in order? Then they bring over our food and ask us what we ordered, like they didn’t even have our ticket or something. My turkey melt was cold, my husband’s burger was almost cold. We literally waited 35 minutes after we ordered. The food might have tasted better if we weren’t so frustrated from standing in the sun the whole time waiting.

Had a great tasting breakfast at Loggers Burger Bar. I ordered the Logger Melt Sandwich that comes with homemade hash browns. Everything was super tasty. Portions were large and the Sandwich would have been easy to share as half was a lot of food.
It was nice to eat breakfast with the locals who were inclusive allowing me to join into the conversation. Really couldn’t help it though, everyone was so super nice and welcoming. This is a small logging community and that pride shows.

Hubby was in charge of breakfast place selection and because of this choice he will be in charge way more often!! Of course, pulling into the parking lot, there was a bit of skepticism but that soon was washed away when we walked into the warmest, most welcoming little spot we’ve been to in awhile!
The owner greeted us with a great big smile and a robust good morning! We arrived for breakfast 10 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast but he assured us we could order whatever we wanted! Hubby had seen the picture of the chicken fried steak online so I already knew what I was having! He decided on the breakfast skillet with a side of bacon. Both meals were huge! I mean huge!! The full sized chicken fried steak will feed me three meals and hubby’s skillet will feed him twice! The hashbrowns are amazing as well, not the typical thin frozen type, they were a thick grated potato with plenty of crunchy bits just like we like them. For the first time ever in a restaurant, I got over easy eggs done perfectly! They were actually over easy, not over medium!
From start to finish, Loggers Burger Bar nailed it! Both food and service were top notch and we’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in Onalaska again!

The best breakfast I have had in a very long time. I had biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bacon, and an egg. Everything was cooked to absolutely perfection. This is my first trip to the area, and Logger’s was a recommendation from the place we stayed. The bacon was crispy and not over done or rubbery. The egg I ordered over medium, and it was just perfect. I’m finicky about gravy so I asked to taste it first. I’m so glad I did. This was heaven for me. With a biscuit that was fluffy and the taste was on point. The hash browns were delicious as well. This was perfection for a down home breakfast. Highly recommend.
