My wife and I decided to visit my daughter and her family, so we picked up her son and his family, and we all met at this restaurant. We waited about 7 minutes because we were a table of 9. We were there before my daughter, and our waiter was always there asking or getting us what we needed as we waited for the rest of the family. The bathrooms are kept emaculantly clean as a restaurant bathroom should always be practically spotless. Extra chips… on the spot. After the rest of the family arrived, we all ordered, and everyone’s food was great. My carne guisada, above all, was so flavorful and so tender. My wife had the guacamole enchiladas, and she really enjoyed them. My stepson and his family enjoyed the trio fajita plate. In fact, the servings were more than enough. All our meals were delicious, the service, and the atmosphere were very warm welcoming and comfortable. It’s just a really nice place for the whole family to gather. Everyone’s food was great tasting and plentiful.

Came here to eat with my fiancé and her family while we were in Lubbock for the weekend. We at first we’re trying to go to the toasted yolk cafe and farmhouse for breakfast but we’re unable to because they were extremely busy on a Sunday morning. We definitely chose a good alternative to the other two. I personally had the Chicken Fried Chicken while everyone else had Chicken Fried Steak, Ribeye and Brochetas and the Deluxe Burrito. Overall the food was very delicious as I remember 4 years ago when I ate here during graduation weekend. Along with this, the wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. I do recommend anyone to come eat here for lunch or dinner as the food will be good.

The waitstaff is rude. The whole bunch. We went for Friday drinks and appetizers and waitress would barely give us straws. Then we decided to go to the patio after our friends left and we sat down to listen to the mariachis and we’re ignored by every waiter that came by us. My husband finally stopped and she took our order that was probably never filled because right after that a hostess came and asked us if we had been seated by a server, we said no and told her that people were walking in from the gate and sitting down without checking in. Before we knew it she had someone tell us we had to leave patio because other people were in line for it. He was just rude. Pretty much he held the door open for us till we left and didn’t offer an apology or show us rules to the patio. For us we will not be supporting that restaurant or anything else this owner owns. Plus when someone asks us for a great place and service we will not recommend that place. We might only be two people but we will speak our minds. Horrible place!

This is one of my favorites! The food and atmosphere are always great! Service is a hit or miss. A young lady named Aubrey does such a phenomenal job at being quick and attentive even though we went during a busy peak hours. However this past experience we had a young lady who only checked on us once during the end of our visit while they weren’t even busy, we had to ask the bussers for help and refills. I will continue to come back so long as we can be seated in Aubrey’s section!

My family and I have been there on several occasions. However last night was the first time we came during dinner time. The wait was 20 minutes, however we were sat in 10. Ace was our waiter and the service was absolutely the best service we’ve had in a long time in town. The food came out hot, we didn’t have to send anything back. We never had to ask for refills as Ace was on top of all of it. We will absolutely return and request his section if it’s possible.
