Ordered doordash last evening at 8:30pm. After the dasher telling us our order was not received and 2 hours we finally got our food. My $23 double burger with bacon was a single without. Eggs and bacon left off both of my salads with 1 dressing between the two. My cheesecake was missing its topping. My other burger was missing bacon and sauce. After calling the store 4 times and being disconnected after waiting for a manager I was somehow rerouted to a corporate employee who was not even in the building. I was told there was nothing that could be done. $64 wasted.! There must be a reason this is the only location left in Louisville. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

While the food was great and our server was great it was yet another not so great experience. We (3 couples) were hesitant to return due to a previous experience but willing to try again. Was not crowded but our food was once again piece milled. Salads came after dinner was served, dinners came at varied times. No one (using dinner manners) ate until everyone was served making those dinners cold. Our server was very conscious of these issues but understandably we knew it was not his responsibility. He supplied extra hot rolls, came very frequent to see if we needed additional drinks and was extremely attentive. We left full (again the meals were delicious) but probably won’t return.

Our waitress Emily was AMAZING!! But that was the only good thing about this experience. My family and I came to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. There were 20 of us. We called at about 2pm and told them that we had a large party coming at 7:30pm, at which time we were told that they do not take reservations. Upon arrival the manager said he could seat us in the additional room. It was ice cold, but we were assured that they would turn the heat on, and it would not take long to warm up, so we agreed. At the 20-minute mark the store manager I believe his name started with an L started he just took over the store 2 weeks ago and he was trying to figure out how to turn the heat on but was not sure. I asked if we could be moved and he said give it a few more minutes for him to work on, never saw him again. The other manager with a blue-collar shirt, very tall African American gentleman came in about 8:15 and said “oh it feels a bit warmer” jokingly. He said let him try something and he would be back. He did get the heat on, and it literally took 10 minutes for the room to warm up, it was very comfortable at that point. Never saw that manager again. Emily was our server, and she did everything in her power to salvage our experience! Our food came out about 8:40ish. Every single steak was cooked incorrectly. 2 actually had to be sent back. The sides were wrong on every plate. We just switched them out among ourselves and kept moving. At 9:10 we asked for the tickets. Our server let us know she needed help to split the bills and that she asked for help, however the manger was literally ignoring her. The mangers name was Christy I believe. At 935 I walked up front and Christy didn’t even acknowledge Emily’s request with my standing right in front of her. So, I sternly told Christy that we have been waiting for our tickets to pay for horrible food, and they we could either pay or walk out her choice. At 955 we went and stood at the checkout counter and waited. She then said that computer didn’t work for what she needed to do and took off to the computer in the bar. Emily followed her and came back with our tickets, which 3 were incorrect and we were being charged for food we didn’t order. Emily attempted to tell Christy and Christy walked off, this is with us standing right there. My brother-in-law did walk into the kitchen to go get her. I acknowledge that he was wrong for that. At this point Emily is in tears and said she has had issues with Christy all day and she just wanted to get us taken care of. Christy comes around the corner and starts recording us. Which is fine, I don’t care. Told her whoever she was contacting needs the whole story, she told me it wasn’t any of my business, and there’s the door. So, we all left over 300.00 cash which was more than enough to cover the food and tips. This is a picture of the chicken tender that we ordered, sent back and were remade…his dark. I did let Christy know that she was a piss poor manager. I have contacted corporate to let them know. I just feel that for the amount of money we spent, it was a horrible experience, outside of our amazing waitress Emily!!

Used to be good service is bad but also the kitchen can’t cook steaks any more had a horrible experience the last time. My steak was well not med my wife’s steak was so well it had be severely over cooked she ask for it well but it was dry and it was a butterflied filet. We didn’t have time because it was 45 mins to appetizers then our food came out at an hour and I had to be at work they still charged us half price for the steaks even though we didn’t eat them manager was dismissive I’d say he gets a lot of complaints so he was just like I’ll take care of it didn’t even let me finish telling him what was wrong then didn’t fix it….

This place has taken a huge fall from grace. Place wasn’t very full. Stood at the hostess counter for over 5 minutes to get seated. Took 10 or more minutes for a drink order. Fall off the bones ribs had to be cut off with a steak knife. Med rare burger was well done, and the bottom bun was so soggy that my fingers pushed right through it. Steak was tasty, but super small. The ONLY upside was the beer was pretty cold. Food price was way to high vs. food quality and service. Probably won’t go back there again.

When we pulled up and there were only three or four other cars in the lot, we should have know. Food was not good at all, over cooked, the oil in the fryer needed to be changed, the only really good thing was the rolls. Service was not the best, but certainly not the worst. Used to eat here frequently and it was good…not sure what happened.
