Headed there with the family after a few hours at Defy Gravity. Before leaving Defy, I made sure someone called ahead to check for a wait. We were told our party of 9 would have no wait and I wasn’t too shocked since it was nasty outside and it was already 8 pm. We arrived and were immediately told there would be a 15-20 minute wait, which isn’t a terrible deal-breaker unless you have a 3yo in your party and everyone is thirsty as he’ll from bouncing around Defy Gravity for 90 minutes. We were soon joined in the waiting area by 2 more parties, one of which we recognized as also coming from Defy . They were told an even longer wait and also asked the hostess why they were told on the phone there was no wait. We were finally seated in the back of the restaurant and proceeded to wait for a out 15 minutes before we were even able to place a drink order. Needless to say, those drinks were gone fast. We placed all our food orders with the drinks to speed things up also. A few salads arrived with our appetizers, and the ranch dressing looked to be about half water. The cheese fries were soggy and unappetizing, especially with the ranch water. A while later, our dinners started trickling in a few at a time. My $28 Ribeye was, of course, the last thing to arrive, and despite having 2 pink Medium Rare stakes in it, it was obviously blue rare. When the waitress returned and I showed it to her, she immediately made the classic “Eww” face and took it back. I was at least able to eat my sweet potato while I waited, but the sautéed mushrooms tasted like they had been sitting in a tub for 12 hours. My wife had to fish some shredded cheese from her watered-down salad for her potato since it didn’t come as she ordered. One of our party received the wrong burger order(as in someone else’s food), another’s medium burger was shoe-leather done, and my son didn’t get his potato soup until after everyone was done eating and waiting on the check. Oh yeah, my steak(not a new steak, the same 3 pieces I had cut up just chunked back on the grill) finally returned and was edible, but it was half charred with some bites more burnt than others. Apparently, most of the issues we experienced were problems in the kitchen, and our server admitted she had to plate the soup herself. One would think after all those issues, there would be some type of discount applied to our bill, but of course, there was nothing but an added 20% gratuity. To top it all off, as we left, we walked through the server area next to our seating area where the concrete floor was falling apart and was covered by a giant puddle of nasty water that smelled of backed up drain pipes. In case this sounds like nit-picking, I managed to snap some pictures for reference. Oh, I almost forgot I’m almost certain the A1 sauce was also watered-down down, too.

Jessica made it such an awesome experience . First, she complimented us on what we were wearing. Then she made little small talks to make us comfortable. The warm bread with those amazing flavored butters along with that refreshing pink lemonade could make you forget about ordering an entrée. Lol. We ordered ribs, pork chops, ribs with grilled shrimp, and a salad. Everything was sumptuous. I like Logan’s because the background sounds allowed you to talk to your friends without shouting. Another thumbs-up is the restroom. Spacious, clean, and (drumroll), there is a music feed!! Did I mention ample parking? The waiting time was reasonable given the time we arrived. More so, on a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely go back!

I thought covid was over, for some reason this place must be experiencing a shortage when it comes to seasoning. It’s just crazy that my broccoli had more seasoning than my potatoes & my steak.. I tried to like it but couldn’t even finish my food. My wife’s chicken sandwich really tasted like public school budget cuts. This was really an unfortunate experience, would’ve been better off eating off McDonald’s dollar menu.

Clearly standards have fallen by the wayside. Got the $30 porterhouse, got a tbone instead. Im guessing they hope people dont know the difference. Asked for medium rare and got rare to the point that the steak was cold. No color whatsoever. Not the worst meal ever, but certainly wasn’t worth the $48 out the door.

Our waitress was great, but the food was not. Not her fault, bad quality meat. Pre-formed burger was not good at all. My husband’s baked potato appeared as if it was sitting in the warmer all day.

The only positive thing I can say about last night is that we were seated right away. Me, my husband, two teenagers, and a 1 year old. It was late Tuesday afternoon, they weren’t busy. Logan’s is mine and my daughter’s favorite restaurant, but we will not be back to the Fayetteville location. We’ve had at least 3 similar visits in the last year or less. Our waitress last night, although polite, was more concerned with the other two tables in the room we were in. The only time we saw her was when we initially ordered, and if she popped over to say she knew it was taking long, and popped back out. No explanations, no excuses… just that she knew. It was my daughter’s b-day, and I had asked if they would sing happy b-day. We were there for over two hours, waiting…… waiting on service, waiting on food, waiting on the check.. just waiting; they never came over for that. Okay, no big deal. We ordered two medium steaks, a meal salad, and a chicken sandwich. What took so long? If there was a reason, we never got one, or any kind of apology. Just her having to “confirm” that the manager who actually ran our food to us offered to remove our side salads off the bill since they arrived at the same time as the entrees. I don’t even think comping side salads is enough for the bad experience we had… they were one of our two side items with our meals? No more rolls were ever brought to us, and my husband actually got up and got our one and only refills. Anyway, unfortunately, for the first time in my adult life – we left without tipping. We always tip 20% or more depending on service, but you’ve got to be kidding. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager… I’m almost 40 now; I’ll go to another location, or a different restaurant altogether from now on.

Whiskey Sour was fantastic. Chicken wing appetizer was really good with the sauce on the side. Porterhouse was alright, cooked well done instead of medium well, still good though. Green beans are really good and recommend for a side. Overall really good for takeout.

Overall solid location to grab a bite to eat. While I confess, the food wasn’t mind-blowing in any way, the staff was exceedingly friendly, quick to serve, and the overall atmosphere was laid back and easy going. Not a bad place to lay your hat for a solid dinner.

Great place for family night. I was there with coworkers but had fun. I like the food. They have different sections where you can reserve for events. I like the rustic looks in the background of the section we had. I will go there again.
