Fresh and out-of-this-world grilled fish tacos, yummy quesadilla, silky guacamole ! Our favorite place for Mexican food in the hood. Salad with steak is another must try dish. Kids friendly in terms of food, and they have some games kids can play while waiting for food to come. Did I mention must have churros?

I’ve been here 3 times and it keeps getting better each time. The food quality is consistent, and the grilled fish tacos are to die for. The servers are friendly, and they make a great margarita! This is definitely one of my go-to spots, and will be visiting more frequently this summer with their outdoor picnic table seating!

First time there. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing too. The people that work there are awesome. So friendly, efficient and professional. To the owner – you are lucky to have Kat and Adam. Kat was the first face we saw and she was welcoming! Adam is an exceptional server.

Most American cantina I’ve ever been to! Staff is meh. Food is pretty good. When you ask for water, you get warm trap water that tastes like it was sitting in a water gun in the sun. Waitress was annoying, visited too many times. Their supposed Hottest sauce was not even close to hot! And waitress warned like it was gonna melt my face!!! If you like stuck up white people serving Mexican food in a beach house setting, playing music that matches neither the food or the atmosphere, go there!

We just had the BEST experience with Locales catering! On short notice, they assembled a delicious (and absolutely beautiful) meal for a dinner party. We did a “Make Your Own Taco Bar,” with queso fundido and guacamole for appetizers, and they loaned us a massive, sturdy beverage dispenser (and pre-sliced limes) for margaritas. We had a blast, and had plenty of leftovers, too!

I finally made it in to Locales! I’ve been anticipating an amazing experience with delicious food and did not disappoint! I was greeted by the friendly staff as I was dinning by myself I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable of the menu and the many extensive offerings of tequila. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from the moment I walked in to a very cool vibe, friendly people and delicious food and drinks. I will absolutely be back and recommend you go.

The drinks were great! That’s about where things fall off. We went in around 7 pm so it wasn’t very busy and I’m sure it was a long day but things were just off. I’ll preface by saying it was all of our first times and 3/4 of the group live in the general area. Everything started off well until my order and someone else’s in my party got messed up. I had ordered steak street tacos, no onions add cheese and was given chicken (if you’re reading this as our waiter I would’ve happily ate the chicken but those in my party decided against that…) anyway not a problem they sent it back and when the new tacos came out one order was right but mine was chicken yet again. Fine to me but not everyone else. When they brought the issue up to our waiter he did try to say I ordered chicken but the four of us remember me ordering steak (once again I would’ve eaten the chicken no problem but at this point the situation was out of my hands somehow). When my tacos did come out they were cold which just kind of sucks considering I watched them walk out of the kitchen and the two steps to me. Members of the table had crunchy pieces of meat, I had onions on mine even though I ordered no onions. If you wanna order straight off the menu I recommend.

When we walked into the restaurant there were about 5 employees standing at the bar, all of whom greeted us very warmly and friendly. Our server was an absolutely gem. Exceedingly pleasant.The man was top notch. Our food and signature margaritas were fantastic. The ambience and decore is comfortable and spot on with interesting and unique touches. Oh, and the music selection was on point. Keep on rocking on, y’all.
