The last time we went to Local Roots was almost 2 years ago, and this time was just as fantastic. The menu is constantly changing to feature the most fresh local ingredients, the staff are polite and helpful, the food is immaculate, and the drinks are to die for. We went for my husband’s birthday on June 30th and I believe our server’s name was Lauren, and she was so sweet! Don’t walk, RUN to Local Roots.

Dined here 9/7/22, Local and Farm fresh indeed! This cute little restaurant in the middle of this adorable neighborhood was a wonderful experience. The fish was mouthwateringly delectable and filling, the drinks crafted and refreshing the appetizer delish. Chocolate tart was yummy too. 10/10!

Excellent fresh meal. We had salad, cheese board and tacos carnitas with lentil salad. Fantastic and fresh. Drink pictured is The General and it was delish. Beautiful interior great vibe cute tow. Service was perfect. Loved every second of it.

Food is tasty but I expected a bit more for the price. The appetizer charcuterie plate was a highlight and we enjoyed the bread, but our entrees ranged from good (the meat dishes) to just okay (the pasta). Service was extremely slow and while they did comp an item for the delay in one of the items, it was a bit disorienting to not have all the food come out at the same time. Overall it’s enjoyable if you can look past the wait but given the price you can do better in the area.
