We enjoyed the lobster. I don’t know the lobster etiquette, but man, these boys could benefit some good ole Zatarain’s or Old Bay to spice up at least the corn, but I’d say the lobster too! The lobster roll was disappointing, no seasoning or sauce, just rather plain.
I felt like one lobster cracker per three guests was being skimpy. Hell, we were there early and only one table amongst the other three guests. I want my own cracker! Didn’t see salt and pepper either.
I will say they were very accommodating, so I should’ve just asked for more crackers.
But still a good experience, and it looked like a hopping place for a good time, and the staff were excellent.

Wow what a place. Great food , awesome live band and a bar that serves a drink called a pain killer that goes well with the atmosphere. Excellent time to be had at this place. If you get a chance stop in.

Have nothing but great things to say about The Rough. The atmosphere is so fun and lively. There is music, corn hole and other games that the whole family can enjoy. The food is also fantastic and there is a huge variety of options. I had my wedding here last summer and they truly made everything I wanted my big day to be, happen. I am so happy today is their opening day and can’t wait for a fun summer.

Our favorite takeout seafood place was packed so we drove further north to look for another restaurant. We accidentally found lobster in the rough – it was set back a ways off the road. We had never heard of this place so our expectations were low. However, we were pleasantly surprised as the fried seafood was excellent. Good quantity of food for the price and fast service. The fish was fresh and tasty. Lots of picnic tables both in and out of the sun. We will definitely be back soon.

What a neat find! Clam strips, lobster roll, scallops, and hot dogs were all good. Lots of fried food but very tasty. Live music, outdoor games, and plenty of space to sit, and for kids to run around.

The food was great, service was great, live entertainment was really great! I’ll go back anytime, especially when Among The Living is playing! Nice atmosphere. 3 Horseshoe pits, corn hole games and plenty of outdoor seating. The semi-outdoor bar was cool. I love the fire pits the most. A great place to be on a nice day. My wife is a tough critic when it comes to seafood, and she loved the lobster rolls.

I really liked this place. It a ton of parking, the sea food it’s not seasoned crazily but instead they use simple flavors that showcase the fish and shellfish. We had the fried clams and the fish and chips. Both orders where great, super nice atmosphere with live music and outdoor seating. If you like a nice hint of acidity and hot sauce you have to ask for extra of both since it’s not provided with the meal. Drinks and beer are separate, the staff for the most part are teenagers and are super pleasant and nice, the one thing is that it’s not completely wheelchair accessible, there are some steps before you reach the ordering window and you walk through this nice little garden area before that too. There are only two stalls in the women’s bathroom however I didn’t ask if there where more bathrooms so you might have to wait if it’s busy.
