Just awful. Ordered cheesburgers, emphasis on cheese…none had cheese. I mean all 3 burgers!! Then look at the meat, is pink. If it were a 5⭐ place I wouldn’t complain…but not at a fast food place. Glad I don’t have to go back! Hope the owner can get it back to the Carl’s standard.

The shift team lead was very diligent. She was cleaning when we walked into an empty restaurant (not just sitting around). She moved to the register and was very patient with me being indecisive about what we wanted. When the fries had been sitting, she made fresh ones for us and remained polite the whole time she served us.

Rarely ever opens on time, although there’s always several employees in the parking lot. This restaurant is in a great location, with the warehouses and other major businesses in such close proximity, but the “management” is allowing it to lose money. This place needs management that is more responsible and that will bring in a crew who can get out of bed and get to work on time. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

My wife and I only live a mile away from this Hardee’s located on Lauderdale Hwy. just off Interstate 75. We do not eat much fast food but we have had several breakfast sandwiches from this location, over the last 6+ years living here. We have NO complaints as the sandwiches have always been fresh and taste great. In the past year we did have one surprise on a weekend morning (Sunday we think) this location was closed which was most likely due to staffing issues. Again, we do not eat a lot of fast food but everything we have had at this Hardee’s has been excellent.

Just got a fried egg and bacon biscuit as u see the egg is way to done and absolutely one bite is all I could do. The bacon was tuff and stringy . I have gotten this biscuit at other locations and was delicious . Won’t stop here again .
