I stopped by yesterday to grab some lunch and it was good! The lady who took my order was the sweetest & most polite person I’ve ever had at any drive thru! Her name was Brittany and was a shift lead. I had her at the window as well and she was the sweetest! She’s very professional yet sweet as can be. She was training a young man who I know will turn into a phenomenal worker since he’s learning from her. Food was perfect too! Thank you!!

App didn’t work. Workers and manager could not figure out how to make it work. So, lost the deal. They didn’t care. They could not scan my QR either to work in store. Once I paid and got receipt the app would not give me credit for at least the points when I scanned the receipt either. I ordered a lettuce wrap (instead of bun) bacon double cheeseburger. They left off the mustard and mayo even though I ordered both. They charged me $0.75 for the lettuce. The burger wasn’t even wrapped at all. They just slapped a piece of lettuce on top and one on bottom.

Got a snack for my son because it was going to be a bit before dinner, an original ham n cheese. I went to reach in the bag to grab it and immediately knew something was wrong. Bun was ROCK hard, but only half of it I ended up just tossing it, didn’t go back because I didn’t want to waste time and they had to have known and chose to serve it anyway so I believe their standards are pretty low. It’s too bad because there aren’t very many places near us to eat.

1/7/2025 I came over for a bite to eat. I arrived in a tractor trailer because I’m in route to GA, on my way back from delivering in Knoxville. The indoors were locked and serving drive through only. I asked the cashier window guy if I could come inside to order because I wouldn’t fit in a drive through. He was willing however his manager wasn’t and told me I had to stand outside behind the cars and walk through the drive through. It is 39 degrees outside with a wind chill factor making the temperature even low, I replied not to mention the embarrassment of standing in a drive through for cars. Jaden, the cashier felt my frustration and assisted the best he could trying to both please his manager and myself without getting himself in trouble. Jaden made light in a potentially dark situation and I want him to be recognized for proper customer care and services unlike whoever the manager on duty was.

Just got a fried egg and bacon biscuit as u see the egg is way to done and absolutely one bite is all I could do. The bacon was tuff and stringy . I have gotten this biscuit at other locations and was delicious . Won’t stop here again .
