I didn’t go here originally because of all of the bad reviews. Decided to try it anyway and it was amazing. 2 out of the 3 times were really good. The most recent visit today I had fries a little cold but it was still pretty good. I didn’t experience anyone being rude. There’s always many people walking in and out. Which means they have tons of ordering consistently.

I tried the fries once when I was leaving a friend’s house when their dinner showed up, and it was absolutely amazing. So I ordered them exactly how they did, and mine came soggy as heck with no seasoning. It’s almost as if they did exactly opposite of what I asked. I will try one more time but it was pretty disappointing.

My first—and last—visit to this Wingstop (I usually go to the one near Iron Bridge/Kroger in Chesterfield) was disappointing from start to finish.
I’d ordered ten bone-in wings, fried corn, and a drink for a 5:00 p.m. pickup. When I arrived at 5:20, a DoorDash driver was already waiting. The manager was tied up coaching a new cashier through a phone order that kept changing, leaving in-store customers unattended. Several kitchen staff members peeked out repeatedly, but none offered to help.
After ten minutes, the manager finally handed the driver his food, then passed me my visible order and told the trainee to pour my drink. Unfortunately, the soda tasted like a mix of every flavor on the fountain, so it went straight into the trash. The wings themselves were the smallest I’ve ever received from a Wingstop—smaller than the fried corn pieces—and nowhere near the consistent size and care I get at the Iron Bridge store.
Customer service shouldn’t feel like the staff is doing guests a favor. I won’t be returning; this visit cost me time and money without the quality I expect.

Food missing, cold, fries taste old. Asked for longer cook so the wings would be crispy, didn’t matter. No crisp to be found. Won’t be back, not the first time they screwed up an order. Just not good at all

First off for a 8 piece combo $18.00 is ridiculous. Next the fees, and tax another thing. Then I had the audacity to tip $5. I was charged 32 dollars and some change for a probably a 5 to 6 mile drive to my job. Y’all could never get my money ever again.

Absolutely do not waste your time here. I waited nearly two hours for my order, trying to stay patient because I figured they might be busy. When I finally called, the staff member put me on hold for ten full minutes. I called back, and the automated message announced they were closed for the day. She clearly put me on hold just to avoid speaking with me. Incredible service.
To the owner: if this is the level of care you put into your business, it might be better to close the doors instead of wasting people’s time and testing their patience.

Terrible, never have I ever wrote a review but I feel like this time it’s valid. I waited over an hour for the food, wasn’t busy and for it to come cold and terrible quality. No hate on Wingstop just this specific location.
