Mostly claw meat lobster meat on a split top bun. The meat is cut up nicely so every bite is a good bit of meat and bun. We paid $69 for twin lobster roll with crinkle cut fries. Lobster is a bit overcooked. It’s not bad for what you can get in the area especially if you’re going to the state park nearby and the people behind the truck are working hard in a small space.

Hundred percent flavor with zero frills location. Wanted to close out my long trip north eastern road trip with some good seafood and was not disappointed. The lobster roll & clam strip roll were terrific – loved the homemade pickled tarter sauce. Must stop!

Lobster Hut is in a nice location, but that’s definitely the highlight. With crazy expensive prices for average portions, there are many other places cheaper, and for better quality lobster.

This is the famous lobster truck in Milford. Finally got there after hearing so many compliments. I got there 5 minutes after opening and was the only customer at that time

The 50$ lobster roll- let’s talk about it: the meat was not fresh- you can easily tell if you’re a foodie. It tastes chilled or frozen. You really should eat lobster directly after it’s killed. They claimed it’s fresh lobster hence the price for a 1/2 pound but this isn’t fresh. Very upset.

The Lobster Hut is a food truck located on Boston Post Rd by Vavoline. We went on a Monday morning and they were busy with guests and it also appeared they had several phone orders.

I’ve been stopping there since they opened the place, yeah trailer open in a fairly easy to find location The Lobster is Maine Lobster Meat which is fresh frozen Being from Colder water They have thicker shells and the Meat generally can be tougher ( to the whiner who expects to walk out to the boat in the harbor and get a roll On board the boat…and the other one complaining about Lobster not being Crab meat textured. As Far as The folks whining about the cost Lobster IN the shell Is very expensive even more so when the meat Has to be picked from the shell , I hate to tell most all Its hard to find Tail meat in any Lobster rolls these days . I’ll be honest In the early 80’s I worked for a wholesaler of Live lobster I used to eat it for breakfast some days, I recall returning from deliveries with 80-100 thousand dollars in my wallet, I suggest if you dont like the price then maybe look for other options like the ones at stop N shop across the street in the fish tank that hopefully havent been eaten by the others in the tank Lobster HUT does a good business, They are great folks and they are There Every day Unlike the fly by night Traveling people who Move all over the state daily I’d Never chase them around , who Knows where they are going next Nope I go where they are every day with Good deal meals

My experience with lobster food trucks hasn’t been great, but in CT, you do what the locals do so I tried it. The lobster rolls were good but not fantastic. I would say to save some bucks and do without the fries. Just purchase the rolls on its own. Not a seafood person? No problem. They sold hotdogs too – 2 hotdogs with fries. Each platter came with melted butter and cole slaw. I would most definitely drench the lobster roll in butter. The bread tasted a little sweet, which wasn’t bad so the combination of lobster with butter and what I’m assuming is Hawaiian bread is great.
