This was a nice new location. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the interior was quiet and comfortable. We all had the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks and it was all amazing! We all started with the chicken and gnocchi soup and it was amazing! Super hot and creamy with perfectly cooked gnocchi and chicken. I then had the zupo Tuscano, which is a spicy sausage and kale soup. I lived that one as well. As always you can’t go wrong with their breadsticks and salad. Everything was perfect! We will be back on our next trip through the area.

Our food and service were amazing. We had a very short wait to be seated. Waitress quickly took our drink orders and returned with them promptly. Our orders taken, very reasonable wait time on the food. The food was hot and very well presented. Everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress checked several times to see if there’s anything we needed. It’s one of the best Olive Gardens we have been to. Definitely look forward to returning

We were seated quickly. However, we waited 15 minutes and no one appeared to take our drink order. I went to the front desk and told them no one has ever waited on us. The manager went to get whoever was suppose to wait on us. Then our waitress comes to take our drinks and she was quick to get them. We ordered and the salads came immediately. My girlfriend waited 30 minutes for her fettuccini alfredo. While we were still dining, our waitress complained (where we and other diners could hear her) to another waitress about having four tables and then given a five top. This is extremely unprofessional and the service got worse. It took longer to get refills on drinks and salad. It appears that additional training is needed for waitresses who voice their displeasure on some issue where diners can hear. We didn’t appreciate her attitude and it ruined our lunch date (first one of the new year).

The service was fantastic as well as the food. Has the fettuccine Alfredo and the Taste of Italy combination. Both were great. This is a newer Olive Garden and was much better laid out than older ones. The only improvement I could suggest is to improve people flow at the entrance. We had put our name in online and when we got there at 5 we could hardly get to the hostess stand. Once they told us we had a table we had a hard time weaving through people waiting to get a table. Foyer holding area needed to be larger.

My sister and I really enjoyed our meal today.
Both of us had the soup, house salad and the Eggplant parmesan dinner, which we both thought was excellent!
We had a wonderful server named “Allison”.
Allison left nothing unchecked.
Beside giving us drinks, soups, and replenishing our salad, Allison gave us a wonderful smile with a great attitude.
I’m sure Allison has become a great asset to Olive Garden and her coworkers.
Hopefully we’ll be able to come back again soon.
If all Olive Gardens employees are like Allison

What a great, delicious experience! We had waitress Leah, the best waitress I have ever had! Did she notice?
We picked out the olives in our salad, and when she brought more, she told us I had taken them out! Like what? Thank you The food was hot and delicious.

0 Stars if I could! We walked in and was told by the unfriendly hostess (didn’t get her name but she had multi color hair) she could seat us right then with no wait. My husband has had 2 back surgeries and needs a booth instead of the hard chairs, I asked for a booth. The unfriendly hostess then told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait for a booth. I said that was fine and went to the restroom. On my way back, I counted 8 open booths. At the restroom, there were 3 employees standing there blocking the door area for entrance. The men’s restroom had a leak. A brand new restaurant had a leak and there was water back there everywhere. All 3 of these employees were super nice and 1 might have even been a manager. On my way back up front, I noticed the empty booths and then noticed the one back wall is a complete booth AND WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AS WELL! I get back up front and the same unfriendly hostess finally seats us in one of same empty booths on my way back to the restroom. The waitress finally makes her way to our table to place our coaster on it. We place our order and as she left, said she will be right back with our salad and breadsticks. The waitress comes back with our drinks and leaves again. Several minutes later, the waitress comes back again, with breadsticks. Then after several more minutes finally comes back again and says “the salad tongs are ALL being washed and I can’t bring the salad out until the tongs are ready”. Keep in mind, 3 other tables were seated after us and already had their salads. We left.
**NOTE – There might have been 10 tables with people actually sitting in them. The restaurant was NOT that busy. There is NO way should a brand new restaurant have “all the tongs being washed” at the same time. If so, buy more.
This is our 2nd time going to Olive Garden in Marion and the 2nd time we’ve had crappy service.
Save your money and DONOT eat here! Go across the street and eat at Red Lobster!

It’s a nice restaurant with friendly, helpful staff. I like it there. I go almost once a week.
But this week, when I ordered steak medium-well done, it took 3 attempts to cook it properly. Three.
The manager came out. Apologized. However, they still expected me to pay for it. I’m really surprised by that.

Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a decade, and no doubt this location made sure it’ll be another decade before I’m at another. From seating to food, 1.5 hours for the half of us lucky enough to get our food. Everyone else took another 20+ minutes to get it. Every refill or breadstick offer was about ten minutes between offer and actually getting it. Asked the front desk what’s going on because it had been 1.5 hours and half our table had no food, manager never bothered to come over. $120 for 5 people’s food and horrible service.

Been open now a little while and the food and service has improved dramatically. This is common with new openings. Had a wonderful time there last night.
Our server was great…wish I remembered her name (sorry).
I cooked at the Olive Garden when the franchise was new in the 90s (different town)…and loved the fontina sauce they had in those days and the seafood linguine diah. BUT the newer mushroom sauce is a favorite of mine now amongst the options.
