Had a wonderful evening at the Llama. Loved the atmosphere with warm wooden tones. The rooms and seating were comfortable and inviting.
The food was exquisitely presented, everything interesting and tasty. The ample vegetarian and vegan options were appreciated by my dining partner!
Service was attentive for the most part. There was a slow down between the mains and dessert but there had been a number of other guests seated about then. Oddly, he had forgotten to tell us about the lobster add-on that evening. Luckily I had heard him mention to someone else and knew to ask for more details.

The food was incredible! Everything we ate had so much flavor and was seasoned perfectly. The meats were cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the beautiful presentation! My husband doesn’t normally like tomatoes but was shocked with how much he enjoyed the tomatoes on his meal. We will definitely be back!

I’ve gotten food all over St Augustine and this is one of the best restaurant in the area. The food is exquisite super fresh and prepared perfectly. The ceviche llama is a must and if you like lamb highly recommend Cordero Cusqueño. And a good selection of wines. The staff was super nice and friendly. Highly recommend for a nice night out.

Absolutely fantastic experience at llama! The restaurant is quaint, intimate, and the food is out of this world. We had an absolutely incredible visit. We started off with a ceviche, and I had a seafood dish with a sticky rice and the seafood had octopus prawns shrimp, clams, muscles it was to die for. My husband got the lamb chops and he said they were some of the best he’s ever had. He finished the evening with the s’more dessert, which was fun, interactive and delicious. Great wine let as well. We will definitely return here when we come back to Saint Augustine.!

A gem of a restaurant. Went for a birthday celebration and it didn’t disappoint. The food was super fresh and delicious. We had the poached lobster appetizer which was wonderful and the yucca fritas were great with three dipping sauces. My husband had the pulpo (octopus) app and said it was amazing. The entrees kept the excitement going – the lamb was so fabulous I wanted one more bite. The risotto was perfectly cooked and had an array of seafood on top. The salmon had a very nice pistachio -huacatay pesto sauce which truly enhanced the fish flavor. And the lobster tail special was melt in your mouth memorable! We finished with the sacred valley – a wonderful mousse and the s’mores on fire which was so artfully presented it truly took our breath away. This is a fine dining destination. The restaurant is small so reservations are important. A winner!!!

The presentation and flavor of everything we ordered was amazing. We ordered the entree ceviche and the grouper as well as the deconstructed creme brulee. The restaurant only serves beer and wine, not a full bar, if that matters to you.

We’ve had the pleasure of the dinner experience at Llama in the past it’s extraordinary every time so many layers of flavor and depth.
This time we tried brunch and it was exceptional! Same as dinner packed with unique flavors and the best bottomless mimosas I’ve ever had – green cactus, guava, passion fruit, and a spiced corn (sounds bizarre but was delicious almost like mulled blackberry). The pumpkin waffles and breakfast sandwich were so insanely delicious.
Can’t say enough great things about this place: hand crafted food, quality service, and a cozy Peruvian atmosphere.
I didn’t catch our servers name but she was wonderful. Kendall usually takes care of us and she is the best attentive and sweet!! Definitely try this St. Augustine gem!

If you are looking for delightful Peruvian cuisine, this is definitely the spot to visit in St. Augustine. As a foodie who has dined in over 55 countries, this restaurant has truly elevated Peruvian cuisine. It was a delight to meet the chef during our encounter. Unfortunately, the hostess was off-putting upon our arrival to the restaurant and was not at all accommodating or welcoming. Please be mindful that they will not adjust your reservation even if there are available tables inside. You will eat at exactly the time of your reservation and not a second earlier. Also, our waiter never introduced himself but this was offset by how frequently he checked on our group during our meal. Overall, because of the high quality of the food, our group was able to overlook the poor service. The lamb was excellently prepared and the ceviche was fresh with delightful spicy notes. We appreciated the complimentary palette cleansers in the tiny bronze mugs: these fine touches really curated our experience. I look forward to dining here again: with the hopes that the service will improve and shine as greatly as the food being served.
