This place deserve no stars. Tasteless food save your money. The owner is rude. He was on cashier duty and threw a micro aggression at me saying I don’t have no money because he tried ripping me off by pricing me higher and couldn’t calculate the damn price himself. After taking my order he then smacked napkins out a woman’s hand as she tried grabbing some because he forgot to give her napkins.

Had a mixed experience. The food was actually quite good, with a variety of dishes that were flavorful and well-prepared.
However, the service was a different story. The owner, who was working at the cash register, was consistently rude and arrogant. He never smiled or showed any enthusiasm, and seemed put off by our presence. His disrespect towards customers was palpable, and made the entire experience feel unwelcome.
It’s a shame, really, because the food was a highlight. If the owner could work on providing better customer service, this restaurant might have a real chance to shine. As it stands, I’d recommend the food, but not the atmosphere or service.

My son said rice instead of noodles and this man behind the register completely lost it. I told him that my son made a mistake and I will pay the extra charge for the noodles and he kept looking at my son who stepped away already and kept telling him that the food was plated already. I kept telling him I will pay for a side of noodles it’s not a big deal, but he would not let it go. I finally had to raise my voice at him and he finally snatched my card from my hand and charged me. When I got the noodles, I was trying to take the plate of rice with noodles to put the chicken on top of my noodles and he said absolutely not. He wanted me to get separate chicken and he didn’t want me to touch the rice plate. He thought I was trying to get over on him. He just didn’t understand that I would take the chicken that was on the rice so he wouldn’t lose money. He was huffing and puffing the whole time. Very mean man. Doesn’t listen.

Food was fine, but the guy at the register has no manners. Won’t give tap water and is rude if you ask for napkins. I will just go to the Chinese food place right next door instead if I want meat and rice in the future.

Order chicken teriyaki from here with white rice. My rice is total mush and the chicken is all burned and taste old. Asked for extra sauce and they gave me just a drop.. so disappointed.

I love this place and often choose Little Tokyo to eat at when visiting the Smith Haven Mall. The amount of food and quality is very good. I prefer getting the chicken well done. Delicious!

Food is pretty good but the man who works there is rude and refuses to give tap water from their fountain. I walked over to Los Amigos Tacos and they gave me bottled water for free. Shows who cares about their customers.

Be careful with this person, it’s incredible, he acts rude and arrogant, being a frequent customer, just for asking for a hot sauce. I don’t know if he’s the owner or manager, it doesn’t matter, but you shouldn’t treat your customers like that.

I have been going here since I was a kid and the same cook is still dishing out good food. As for the rest of them. What miserable bad attitude people. The counter guy messed out my order than had the nerve to argue with me about how I said something else then I have to pay extra because they messed up and give me an attitude the whole time. I should’ve tossed the wrong one over the counter and asked for my money back. Never will go there again what a terrible miserable group of workers other than the chef.
